gogoblender 3,070
Brad wrote up a very well-detailed guide on how to "tube" links which is what some of us who do this on the wiki call it. He has used colors to help everyone see and understand the relationship tween the two sides of the code...which one is the word on the page, and the actual name page on the wiki it connects to. I had read his write up this morning on this thread here http://darkmatters.o...dpost&p=6914684 Here we go; To change the page that a link takes you to without changing what the link reads as you can do the following: Example: Jade Buccaneer Pirates The first part, in blue text, of the above wiki link tells us what page the link will take us to. The second part, in orange text, is the text that will be used to display the link; or the text that the link will be read as. Since we want to change where the link will take us we should change the first part: Example: Jade Buccaneer Pirates Also, since the Golden coast contains both Jade and Bluestone pirates the link should read only as "Pirates". So for that, the second part of the link will read as Pirates: Example: Pirates That's all there is to it! ...Keep in mind the red bar between the blue and orange text in my example. It needs to be there for the link to work. Enjoy Schot's writeup! gogo Link to comment
