essjayehm 58 Posted November 2, 2011 Share Posted November 2, 2011 We never tried the marinade technique... darn. Would add many layers of flavours, I bet! As for the steaks... no pre-cooking but we did use maple wood, as the coals are much hotter and provide the higher "cooking" temperature. Just add a little softwood for flavour Link to comment
