This is the perfect desert after the deep-fried hamburger ^^ I now feel brave and ready to click and enter the world of Deep Fried Candy Bars. I am ready and not afraid . It's a thin cake batter poured from a funnel into hot fat, fried, then dusted with either powdered sugar of sometimes chocolate or fruit toppings (I'm a powdered sugar fan, the other toppings make it soggy and ruin the deep fried crispity goodness!)
