on easy made it to 4500 or so 7500 on medium but got bored with scores and went and played fun where you start with 10k res and thats where you get real points like 9k. You can make more than that with a good strategy

I tried that game once. The blue dots just move too fast and are too close to each other for your red square to dodge. It's a pretty cheap way to make the game hard.
