Uhm

I absolutely get expansion, even if some changes.

I soo hope Lucky Luke gets better with new horse. He´s probably the worst Sacred 2 build & I like him. Too bad it takes 2½ weeks or more just to ding level 80.

New horses, and I definately hope they fixed bugged horsy CA.

Not shure I wanna play dragon mage ... I would probably play dryads like always 95 % off time.

 

The only bad about expansion in my mind :

Are they didnt releace all versions same time, this will definately make more peops think Sacred are mostly for Germans.

Not a nice reputation to get, if you wanna make a sequel ( S3 ).

 

And well I buy S3 also :D

This bar is more visible. How to install it in? The translator didn't help :)

 

WOW! I noticed that there were numbers on the bar. I never seen them before :D

 

download mod enabler tool-> install in your sacred folder-> start tool first time

http://www.brothersoft.com/generic-mod-enabler-217823.html

copy the zip.file with the mod in the folder and activate :(

Chrona could u try to tell us how the gameplay is? Is it more Mage or more Druidy or more ....

 

Is he difficult to play? Is he sqhuishy a lot? Does he resmeble the Inqi? Can you pick Light/Dark for him?

Aggg I want this expansion now, why must New Zealand be the last place in the world things are released. Oh well I guess I'll just have to wait until my pre-order arrives at the end of November. On the bright side, it will give me something to play over Chirstmas :D

To quickly answer: You'll need visa (= credit card).

 

And a word of warning, I don't know if you can still do this after the ending of Ascaron. You'll have to inquire more or just go for it (risking losing money)

Ah ya how did expansion do to 2 aspect or even 3 aspect builds :)

How much longer regen time for aspect nr 2 & 3 :)

And uhm are there other effects on dual aspect builds :)

kk, so we know shoppers have been nerfed... BUT... can u still use them ? I mean... can u use the non-expansion toons to shop for expansion ones? Can the old toons access the add-on servers:)

 

Lots of questions m8... srry, and all u want to do of course... is play the add-on :bounce:

All of my toons can ONLY join the addon servers

my main-dragonmage is now level 47 and have niobaccess

we rush now my first dragonmage trader to niob...level 15 to buy some startgear.

 

The dragonmage have a nice skilltree- elemental magic- all attacks are only physical damage. You need gloves with changing damage% in ice/fire/magic/poison.

 

try to make some vids this weekend :bounce:

Same here, I have no clue what this new CA system is...

 

AND

 

What about character customization (they told it would be in the expansion) ? Can I choose which hair my char has etc... ?

yes you can customize your toon :bounce:

 

new ca-regtimesystem:

only good for specialist (builds with only one skilltree) regtime works on all three tree-better at the same time

Just curious, the way the game shows how much experience to next level has markers in it, is that new or just something from elite graphics?

 

Love to see where new areas are marked on map now.

my elemental-dragonmahe is now level 50 in gold

 

marums helped me to rush a trader-dm- level 50 in niob

I can export him if anyone want test the skills in Singleplayer (you need the expansion)

Same here, I have no clue what this new CA system is...

I thought I'd explained what this was, basically, the new CA regen scheme decreases the regen of all of your CAs, but if you use any CA, all of them (regardless of aspect) regen.

 

New characters can have several features changed on creation (including skin colour & hair style/colour for the female characters).

 

Dragon Mage CAs (thanks to Steph for the pics, since my copy of the beta's fallen over somehow):

 

Dragon magic:

Dragon Beserk - turn into a "dragon berserk", attack extend the transformation time. Can't talk to NPCs or use merchants/smiths/runemasters while in this form. Gives +% attack.

Frenzy - hits increase the duration of Berserk Form.

Fury - Faster melee attacks.

Concentration - Increased duration of the Berserk Form.

Steal Life - Increase the life stolen with each hit.

Frenzy - hits increase the duration of Berserk Form.

Blood Fury - An additional spell for the berserk.

 

Dragon Form - turn into a dragon, can cast certain fire spells & gains a % armour & a % attack/defence bonus.

Scales - Increased protection against physical damage.

Firey Claw - increased melee fire damage.

Concentration - Increased duration of the Dragon Form.

Skin Regeneration - Increased life regen in Dragon Form.

Counter Attack - chance to reflect melee attacks.

Fireball - an additional spell while in Dragon Form.

 

Dragon Strike - Calls a dragon for aerial attacks (dragon flies over & casts a massive fireball doing Area of Effect DoT fire damage.

Heat - Fire burns faster (reduces time between damage pulses).

Terror - targets are stunned for a short time.

Heat - Fire burns faster (reduces time between damage pulses).

Blind - Decreases target's hit value (presumably their attack value).

Fury - Fire burns stronger (increases damage).

Scatter - Area of effect increased.

 

If you pick Heat twice, it will double the number of damage pulses.

 

Eternal Fire - Ignites an enemy & easily jumps over to nearby enemies (like VD, but does fire DoT).

Licking Flames - Fire can jump over to enemies that are further away.

Smoldering - Fire is less strong but lasts longer (lower damage but higher duration).

Hunger - Increased chance to jump over to nearby enemies.

Panic - chance that burning enemies will flee.

Fury - Fire burns stronger (increases damage).

Death Blow - Fire damage against badly wounded enemies is doubled.

 

Familiar (buff) - The mage summons a small dragon familiar which increases his stats (increases Int, HP & Willpower).

Firebug - Increase the chance to ignite enemies.

Insight - Increased experience from fights won.

Protection from Fire - Decreases incoming fire damage.

Quick Mind- Increases casting speed.

Life force - Increases hit points.

Energy Flux - Reduces the cooldown of spells.

Edit: Ive also got a bunch of blank level 200 char's (somewhere, inc the Dragon Mage) with & without the new CA regen scheme (though you'll need the expansion to use them).

Elemental Magic:

Destroyer - Summons stone spirits that attack nearby enemies & explode (summons ~4 minions that run to a random monster & explode doing damage).

Endurance - Destroyer's live longer before they explode.

Swarm - Increases number of destroyers.

Endurance - Destroyer's live longer before they explode.

Gust of Wind - A strong gust of wind can damage, stun or knock back enemies.

Poison Mist - Light poisoning.

Radius - Increased radius of Gust of Wind.

Squall - Gust of Wind spreads faster.

Impact - Increased damage from rebound.

Magic Barrier - Summons a protective barrier of earth and stone.

Vengeance - chance to reflect ranged damage.

Solid - The barrier has a higher duration.

Vengeance - chance to reflect ranged damage.

Runes - Chance to reflect magic damage.

 

Protector (buff) - Calls an earth elemental protector.

Regeneration - Protector regenerates life faster.

Veteran- Protector's hit chance increases.

Protection - Protector's armour increases.

Familiar - Calls a second protector.

Protective Shield - Protector casts damage reduction on caster.

 

Tornado - Unleashes a small tornado that moves towards the enemies.

Storm Force - the tornado deals more damage.

StormZone - Tornado's area of effect increased.

Unleashed - Tornado deals damage more often.

Tempest - Increased duration of the tornado.

Disarm - Chance to disarm the opponent for a few seconds.

Mentalism:

 

Combat Trance - Combat Trance reduces the caster's combat art cooldown and protects him from effect damage and stuns.

Light Footed - Increased snare resistance (ie, resistance to roots).

Awareness - Increased stun resistance.

Hardened - Increased resistance against side effects.

Experienced - Reduces the cooldown of the trance.

Hardened - Increased resistance against side effects.

Energy Flux - Markedly increased regeneration.

 

Energy Blaze (starting CA) - Magic energy damages and burns eenmies in the area of effect.

Confusion - Target attacks more slowly.

Blind - Decreases target's hit value.

Impact - Increased damage from the nova.

Zone - Increases nova's area of effect.

Afterglow - Magical burn get's stronger (increased DoT).

Experience - Lower's the costs for the combat art (reduced regen timme IIRC).

 

Maelstrom- Enemies are slowed and weakened in the area of effect, missiles are slowed (casts a massive dome over the targetted area).

Grind - Further reduces the armour of enemies in the Maelstrom.

Burden - Enemies are slowed down in the Maelstrom.

Extension - Maelstrom duration increased.

Thicken - Missiles are slowed down in the Maelstrom.

Demoralize - Attributes are durther decreased in the Maelstrom.

Thicken - Missiles are slowed down in the Maelstrom.

 

Mind Strike - A mental blow that deals more damage to armoured targets and slows the regeneration fo their combat arts.

Sustainability - Disrupting the enemy's regeneration last longer (increased duration).

Weakness - Increases the regeneration malus.

Impact - Increased damage from mind strike.

Expansion - Also hits enemies next to the target.

Drill - Chance to cause a deep wound.

Slow Down - Target's movement speed reduced for the duration of the spell.

 

Runes of Protection (buff) - A magic armour that offers protection from melee attacks and spells (+physical armour, Block Chance: Combat Arts & chance to stun the target).
