Yes, Telari, I agree, and it's very much true... it was more a movie that got us sad than especially scared. I also loved the way they had to figure out what was going on from all the pictures and sleuth their way to the final area. There was something I did really like that I saw in Ringu...the first time I ever saw that very creepy way they moved dead people in that chopped /sequence moves. It was the first time I saw it and it to this day that effect has been copied in so many other japanese horror movies. Respect gogo

So it is a baby!... Dang, I don't know if there's enough room on a screen for the mother! The main love story was awesome. And the ending was tragic. But I liked them for it. Hardly any of the original group survived, right? That's the world, not everyone makes it during collossal disasters, and I'm happy these guys had the courage to show it. Yes, a second one. In fact, I had read somewhere that the second one was going to be from another group's point of view and would deal with different elements of the monster that was happening at the same time. I don't know if there would be the same interest, at least from my side, for a second group. I mean, half the story was about waiting to see what was actually going on. The ending from this one sort of takes away from any surprises a second version may have, right? Unless they come up with new ones gogo

I'm really hoping for the second one soon. I really liked this movie a lot. Unfortunately I think it has a lot to do with the director and how he "envisioned" it. The monster was cool, except for the end. I didn't like how they made it look....sort of like a goofy puppy dog. Thing is... word is that this monster is supposed to be a kid. Also, there was a lot of good sound. Kat, did you play it loud...I mean really loud? That's probably what really got me so into it, and the army scene was so intense, it was like someone dragged me right smack into the middle of a battle, I loved the tracers and the feeling that everyone there was running in to do their best...seemingly to no avail ^^ Looks like the beastie is invulnerable to carpet bombings... what's next, A bomb? gogo p.s. Check out this trailer here...pretty cool, looks like the style of Cloverfield has already been stolen for a new movie. There's so many cool tricks that can be pulled off with camming...already looking forward to this one: Quarantine p.s.s. color restored ^^

And another convert to the cause. Welcome aboard Kat gogo

What a babe gogo p.s. I saw some of the video of the summoner... I've always liked getting peeps to do our dirty work for in game, lol... can you change the kinds of stuff you can summon? Or does the build work in another way?

Awesome that you're getting to meet up with the community Dieu. Yes, we're friendly, and yeah... lol, we do like to talk a lot Have a look around at the Sacred forums, there's a good bit going on, and...if you're ever online there is the Kamikaze which has a great number of folks that are playing all showing up. Good luck with your weapon slots, lol, I'm actually looking forward to how you set them up ^^ In Sacred, the cool thing is that almost any element can be boosted or made better by just socketing it's value with equipment. With some creativity the most ingenious builds can be made. Have fun! gogo

I didn't mind Ring too much...but I honestly like some other japanese horror movies better... Grudge just plain rocks gogo

The repeated attempts are just plain awesome Ike. This ops has to be the best seen in this or perhaps any universe. I still chuckle everytime I think of him trying to fs and then you dashing to take out his moon with him bringing his fleet back. Ogame Keystone Cops! gogo p.s. r.I.p RIPS

Ghost Meadow question regarding buff calc.
gogoblender replied to Dieu De La Mort's topic in Sacred General Discussion
Hi Dieu De La Mort Also interesting to note is that that a spell regen slot will have a reduction effect upon the combo's regen, if it's powered by magic and you switch to it while yer powering it up again for use ^^ The amount it actually will reduce it by isn't really that much, considering how much extra regen you have to chew through to get it to work again. Also, you have to keep that slot in use to benefit from the spell regen items in it. One yellow pot will reduce any number of levels on any combo created. Best value possible gogo -
Ahh, kat I'm sorry to hear about the loss, it really hurts when it's a toon that you especially liked playing and got to such a high level. Best wishes on the next one. Build even stronger! gogo

I miss playing with you guys so much Stargazer. But like Schot said, Sacred 2 and Sacred are just taking so much time these days. I'm really looking forward to hooking up with y'all when the seraphim comes out again in all her glory and..who knows, muhahah...maybe one day we'll fire up the old GW again and do a trip to the Forge! Erling and Keri, you guys look like you're having such a great time with the game. I remember when it was all brand new for me as well...I honestly felt like I had sunk into another world... and on top of that...no monthly fees! Just wait till you get the heroes chapter...heroes completely changes everything and adds a whole new level of depth to it. gogo -

I'm impressed Dieu. I never thought it would be possible to get any kind of keyboard to perform the kind of gaming gymnastics you say it's capable of. I still like my nostromo though ^^ gogo p.s. and btw, welcome to DarkMatters! p.s.s. oh, and I just found this thread here at DarkMatters that has everyone describing how they set up their slots: Sacred Weapon and Spell Slot Discussion

Gratz on the hit Ike, lol...good ole Rover...those sleeper agents sure do come in handy gogo
-
lol, TRD it looks like your family ( cat and kid) know exactly when you're weakest and love to snuggle up to you when you're at your comp ^^ I've often asked myself why this happens and... don't they just have the best timing? Your daughter's growing awfully fast, \she's already co-piloting with you on ogame missions? ^^ Great pics Trd, thanks for sharing gogo
-
No irony here, Erling. The effort and courage putting your work ups is sincerely appreciated. Looking forward to more gogo
-
heh, pretty good Ike Though I think I would have preferred a convertible gogo
-
Erling, that's amazing! It looks like Telari has inspired some great effort here. I only wish I had even the smallest bit of talent that you guys have. The sword's (third image down) is my favorite. Nice work gogo
