For example, on this fullscreen cap, I just looted the item. It has a high speed malus and is highest level possible and socketing is available. While on my first screen witth the trousers, it is a simple basic item and it's red. Yes, something obvious I must be missing. Well, I'll keep seeing. Thank you Hooyaah.

Yes, I agree but I'm not really convinced for the red/available forging. The screen I took with available socketing had no items at all in the blackmithing frame. It has become available for no reason. And also I find high levels equipment indeed but the socketing remains still available, so why isn't it red there? I think there is something more (which totally "escapes" (?) me).

Hi, there is one thing that bugging me up since a long time: why the hell blacksmith arts are sometimes written in red (so I assume I have a malus somewhere) and sometimes green (which I assume is good to use obviously)? I have never understood what things were involved (Armor/Weapon Lore levels? Player level/stat? ...) Please put an end to that torture (I have made research of course but found nothing, so I have to ask this surely awesomly noob question). Bring me the light please, thanks To be more precise, it's not the text which is in red or green but the borders of the frames

yes, there is another way to disable just the ads: go where you installed Sacred 2, in the "locale" folder, double-click your current language folder and rename the folder "trailer" to whatever you want to disable the ads, for example "trailer_old".

I personnaly don't know Temnota, sorry. I have a weird behaviour with my Seraph when she attacks while mounted. Is there a way (file modification, ...) to prevent this please Dimitrius or Flix if you pass by there. Thanks.

I'm a big fan of the Seraphim too (not just talking about builds), I've just freshly restarted playing a bit with a 2 handed sword Seraph atm The Ice High-Elf is also one of my fav ones. I hope you have passed a good christmas.all.

I don't know myself about a way to play Sacred online, long time didn't try (thought it was still possible through Hamachi or something) but hearing Thorin speaking about an eventual possibility of making a "community server" is much appealing even if hard to realise surely unless of good knowledge. Santa Klaus? I was just passing by so I stopped a bit.

Hello beloved Sacred players, there is a long time I use this method but never thought about sharing it, and thanks to Thorin's tip for Sacred Underworld, I decide to share it (maybe you already knew it or something even better): Indeed, you can add symbols to your character's name. Here is how I do: *Launch the Windows Character Map (depends of your OS surely, on Windows 7 it's Start -> All programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Character Map) *Choose the caracter you want and copy it (not all caracters will work, you'll have to test, personnally I use the cross (†Le Jugement Dernier† <- my last char) *Create or open a draft txt file and paste you caracter, then continue with your character's name *Then copy your character's name line entirely *Launch Sacred 2, create a new char, select the race line by double-clicking it and then do ctrl+v to paste your copied name (you will see here if the caracter you chose is writable) *Note: I already loaded some savegames in the character editor then save and all was fine (but try with a new trash char first just in case!) *Enjoy

Yes I confirm, I love too much the swirling leaves in the wind and when you cast some spells or buffs too and no crashes at all. You can see some little "rocks bugs" sometimes, for example under the Seraphim Island, where they're swirling in all ways but it's not dramatical. And sometimes yes, there are a lot of leaves indeed but no instability at all for me.

Her fire sister beat the Guardians in Niob just before that' s why I wanted an icy one but don't worry, it's not my firt loss, I lost many chars, mainly because being too impatient getting to Niob with not a high level enough. I must say that I took this fight a little bit lightly, thinking it would quietly pass. Her elementalist DM brother already took the succession and already avenged her. Have fun all.

the two latest time were with two different HE. They really don't like that tentacle attack. That idea of a cemetery of your lost chars seems appealing indeed, a little bit like in Diablo 3? It would have been very cool. I only do HC chars (and only in self-drop too), it's that or nothing. Find it really much interesting even if it can be a great loss.

I was quietly playing with my High Elf, all was good, the landscape was beautiful when came the moment to fight the Octagolamus (in Gold). The battle was going well, I was far from thinking what will have to happen. He made his orange tentacles attack (deadly for a fragile char), put my mount to the ground and, surprised, I quicly decided to teleport back to the starting island. I arrived there safe but something was going wrong: I had very few HP left and the healing potions didn't work. Waited a little so that they restore, went back, fought some ennemies but I was doing no damage at all. I said ok, little bug here, I quit and reload. BUT, at the page where I was about to create a new server, the button was greyed. Holy Hannah&#33;? Went back to character screen only to see that my poor little toon had a lovely red icon with skull besides her She was totally alive while in fact she died during the battle with Octagolamus. Was a bit sad as she was off to a good start. Oh well, don't attach too much to your toons.

One thing you may have passed through CapnTucker, is that CM patch 0160 disables some PhysX effects (leaves flying, rocks,..). If you used to like them, you have to replace the new physxExt.zip file (still located in pak folder) with the original one. Back-it up first as it may cause instability for some users but honnestly, for me, it works flawlessly and what better than to see the leaves flying in the wind. hmm yes maybe, something like that. I wonder if it doesn't have a relation with killing the central "Egg" (the Heart of the Machine). Anyway it doesn't happen for main quest hopefully, just the farming. Btw, yes, CM 0160 has a huge improvement in term of game stability, impressive. Good luck CapnTucker.

2 little things (among other ones to see if it can be reported and if you have in mind guys maybe a CM Patch 0170...): *Edited A little bug with the Dralkcib Protection shield: the shield I have in hands doesn't match the icon ( Dralkcib Protection on Wiki ) *Although sometimes (more annoying), when I farm the Nameless Guardians, the 2 last ones doesn't activate and therefore can't be defeated, happened often, don't know if someone else has this problem.

As you seem to be in a good period for Sacred 2 modding, maybe you could have a look on how (if possible) you could fix the "the more quests you do in the area, the more beautiful equipment you get" as it seems to not work like said Woody. Maybe in a GME way we could use, dunno. I have a char to level up to fight the Octagolamus in Platin (he one-shots me every time I try to get him). Thank you, cya!
