I'm getting better Ike although the last attempt you might be fooled looking at the picture and saying "is that a pizza?" so the shape is strange but the taste is already so much better than store or fast food one's I am surprised at how much a challange this has become but I love it. This week end I think I will take a short cut and use a ready made crust again but cook it on a pizza stone on the bbq

next week I get my new computer it will be interesting to see what it reads

Talk about the daily grind, I just went on line and got a new computer. Shut my old one down and it crashed. Talk about timing ! I have to wait another week before I get my new one so for the first time in 2.5 years I am on vm in ogame. Can you say withdrawal symptoms?

Actually when shopping for pizza stone's I saw some made out of terra cotta. And now on to my amazing tale of my first attempt and making my dough from scratch. Got everything I needed and proceeded to make the dough, yeast made the dough rise perfectly and then everything went down hill. I kept adding flour because the dough was too sticky ( later found out the recipe was off by 1/2 cup ) never could get it quite the way I wanted it, but it got to a what I thought was a good point so I laid it out on the pizza peeler ( That's those long handle flat wood paddles ) topped it up with the ingredients. Stone was heated up in the oven I proceeded to slide the nice looking pizza to the stone and it wasn't coming off the peeler. Eventually I ended up with a big pile on the stone of everything mixed together. My wife took the peeler and scrapped off the remaining dough into the sink drain. Meanwhile I continued with other things as the pizza cooked. Coming back into the kitchen 10 minutes later to the smell of burning dough as I walked by the sink I see a huge mushroom shaped dough rising out of the sink drain. Mmmmm? guess the dough wasn't thru rising yet ! Thought for a second I was in a horror movie. On to the oven I open the oven door and see a blob looking like the pizza from hell. Burn around the edges raw in the humped up middle. End results was we scrapped together enough to eat and it was good. But seems I have a ways to go to perfect this *lol* Just read Ike's recipe going to try that next looks a whole lot easier ( mmm? gogo should this be in this thread or my other thread?)

I am now exploring new cooking area's Pizza Now of course everyone cooks pizza but as the usual Borg way I am going into cooking it 100%. I bought a pizza stone. Love it it cooks from heat on both sides. My first attempt was great, although I used a store bought crust. Next will be making my own dough etc. Then evenually my goal will be to cook a pizza on the BBQ

I actually was working with someone who played ogame in the polish ogame. he turned me on to it then after two years he left ogame and here I am still playing it. Although it seems to be drawing to a close as alot of my mates cant find targets and mining just doesn't do it. Seems to be less activity on the forums, and sadly I might add I see a decline in activity here in the forums too !

Well you don't say where your from but I see it's in the States and since so am I but I am only one block from the southernmost point in the States you must be north of me And living where I do I can BBQ every day

Got the new Weber grill very impressed with the difference with it and regular charcoal grills. this time I am cooking a pork picnic shoulder. Takes about 4 hours minimum and some strange squash I found in the store from south america and baking potatoes. I marinaded the pork for 24 hours then when cooking spinked on some of my rub, which I gave the recipe here a while ago.

God I feel like the sleep guru here because of the amount I get. Maybe also age has something to do with it. You need less at 15 than you do at 65 ( which I will be in July) Normally I go to bed at 10pm. and get up at 6am to drive the wife to work, and sometimes come back and curl up with my dog in bed and grab another hour of sleep.

I use a Microsoft keyboard. It is wireless but seems it doesn't need to be since I almost always have it on my desk. I do have the controls for audio on it and that's all I use, all the others go unused About 20 years ago I took a typing test did around 78 wpm I have improved alot since mmmm? maybe I should see how fast I can type now. Gogo quit watching the other people type and get back to work *lol*

So smaller keys work better for you?
