Heya, here is my punchline: 'Even balance needs rebalancing' Overpowered? Well.... if we are honest, this game can be way too easy in many ways. Damage Mitigation is far too good.... Shadow Veil is way too easy. I do not care if I need to hunt Guardians with a Shuriken and Kira, or with a LL% Blowgun.... LL% in itself is what is overpowered. Yes.... Dryad has pretty good sources... Detheya being the most overpowered, shuriken DA not close behind. Exactly that is what I would find nice in having other options..... No Detheya, but a LL% blowgun.... sounds good to me. You could run that with Detheya and a blowgun.... true, but now you could scrap the whole Detheya, build a nice CtFV suit, and use the blowgun. I will not say no to new options, I could however decide not to use them if I find they make the game even easier. CM-patch is fun, creates lots of options.... it does not mean you have to use them. This particular idea is for Dryad..... I can imagine that people have ideas for a class they are familiar with. On the other hand, I agree that Inquisitor is also in need of some revision.... but that should be another thread. This thread asks for suggestions on balancing an idea for Dryad. Server switching is a bit different, but no real prob. Greetz @Dreeft, If you join a server, it will use creators Balance.txt.... we play with unmodded txt, so no prob there... you still need to earn your gear

Heya, 7011 seems mandatory.... If you are behind a router, you will need to open port 7011 on router. It is the standard port for Sacred, but 99/100 times you will not have it open by default ofc Greetz

Heya, sofar.... neither Woody or me succeeded in understanding or creating dedicated servers..... If anyone is more knowledgeable there..... this is a real option. As far as I understand, it looks like Ascaron/Deep Silver never created real Open servers. There is ofc synchronisation with SP chars.... no limited amount of slots.... Think about it! Greetz

Heya, we (Woody and me) tested Open Net today, and with surprisingly good results I think Dropped -Shattersword (legendary version) -Sopor Aethernis Chest (New seraphim Set) -New SW set piece (Pandemoniums Pride) Lag is almost non-existent.... slightly noticable on drops. Some random things we found: -Not possible to add to F-list in server, only Lobby. -Not possible to switch between servers, because of no F-list -If doing bossruns, server creator must exit last, because he ends the session. You can also F8 to isle to save your items. If you don't progress will not be saved, and items and XP will be lost. Seems like a good place for bossruns to me! And there is tons of added content Greetz
