Westwind and sunny. There was something red in the top of one of my pear trees two days ago. Using a pole I removed it and it was a deflated balloon from a balloon release/race. Sender was a 8 year old girl from Belgium. Our third is close to same age so I said her to answer. My sister got a life long pen friend by answering a balloon car. Balloon races get rare. I dislike painkillers in this case. Pain is an indicator when you do wrong moves. My health insurance paid special bandages. Dual wield for 2 nlovae (late game +ca range) exalted warrior for some extra defense and a better hit chance as long the pillars can't be spammed and have to be regenerated with weapon hits and reg per hit. (9 points just for the buff early on) obviously: celestial focus and lore, combat discipline, ancient magic armour lore, spell resistance, toughness, constitution The order in which the skills are taken depends on the common chest and the personal playstyle. I would do the weapon buff first. A combination of healing and pillar, regenerated with reg per hit should be quite save once modified. It will be real nice once 100% chance fir half regeneration time and all +ca-range stuff is found. +80% ca-range is possible with CM-patch, subtract 25% for the x-box because the sigil set is not there.

Quark is cooling better than an ice pack and it has some not fully researched properties to stop infections. You will never reach 100% in evade, reflect, block, chance enemy can't evade, - reg malus on buffs.... Even if the sum in the items is higher. Damage mitigation how ever can reach 100%, that is a bug. For the hit chance Dampened value of -chance that enemy can evade PLUS full sum of enemy cannot evade If this sum is 100 and the enemy has no chance to dodge the hit chance should be 100% My barbarian mathematician runs arou d with a hit chance of 30% versus bosses and hits every time, he calls that knoffhoff (german science tv show miswriting know how)

My daughter considers the ice elf as the most powerful in the CM-patch: temporary invisibility Boss killing CA and since the ice elf uses faladal set which has +CA range a nearly full screen ice storm is possible at high levels

The problem with damage lore in my unarmed build: YOu can't socket physical to poison modifier because the character lacks a weapon So all he has is the silver modifier: 1 poison base damage per CA-level. It is not how damage lore works but I don't know if the poison damage I dish out is enough to make damage lore a good choice. But as I said, it is the only skill which adds some more damage once mastered,

Sadly the horse combat arts have bugged regeneration times. I started modding the game when my daughters asked for a useful horse. So the flame horse spits fireballs and has a fire aura and the unicorn has a healing aura a damaging aura fighting demons and undeads,... But unmodded at higher difficulties,..... There is an line you can put in options.txt which does red map-grids. So by ziczacing along the corner poits exploring is faster. Some people wish for a new map each difficulty to know which quests are already done. But the discovred map stays.

Yes, but is is british and a parody. That proves the theory that unarmed was not popular there and only good for a joke. They had these longbows and fighting in central european forests you didn't need their higher range. More useful to use an crossbow which was loaded and ready for firing right away. For loading a crossbow it took time. So they had big shields to hide when reloading. These shields had a thorn to be rammed into the earth to free the hands, they had pointed curves at the side to catch swords and allow shooting, ... And crossbow-men were trained to use these shields as melee weapons. Talhoffer's Fechtbuch had a full capitel for shield combat. Like breaking a neck with a shield: Don't get confused with the battle at Agincourt. The french battle order was stupid. If the british would have been forced to attack against a defense-line of crossbowmen it would have been an equivalent disaster.

Part 1: Finding a name for these beasts of a character I promised to do a wiki page about my unarmed characters. I always preferred to name them Kampfringer instead of Kungfu or unarmed. Kampfringen was taught to knights in mid europe as an allround combat style. Being able to use everything as a weapon. Ever looked at these strange knight plates, these pointed elbows and knees... They are weapons. The points at shields, they are weapons... The grip of a sword, it is a weapon... ... All these Ivanoe and Lionhart movies they are not continental europe. The Kampfringen martial art was as complex as any other martial art. But it was not fully continued into modern times and many of it elements are lost. You know what happened when a dutch bodyguard of a redlight bar learned parts of Kampfringen from an expert? He became Karate world champion. So why do I prefer Kampfringen as a name? The build can use any weapon you put in its hands, it can fight unarmed, or with a shield, ...The closest martial art to this would be the Kampfringen. So characters which have a hard hit attack do it as a double-hit attack. So we have the double number of attacks and a shield. But what we lack is base damage. We have to get it in the form of x-x damage rings. This base damage has to be multiplied. Best it is by pushing the combat art. 12s regeneration time can be regenerated by a doublehit with 6s reg per hit. The hard hit combat arts often have an explosiopn modifier, this will be chosen for crowd contriol. Death Blow is a very nice modifyer for this build, since we do double hits. If we have Deathblow at 67% and the first hit does more than 33% damage the second hit will be deadly. So not a single strike kill but a single CA-kill. The explosions of the deathblow to the target over to nearby enemies. 200 runes read into a defensive buff, why not, there is reg per hit. ... Regeneration per Hit This is the limitating factor... it was not in game before the AddOn. To be continued ,worked out, typos corrected, ... Sometimes our kids bring friends with them who stay for lunch. 2 of them are allergic to gluten. Sometimes we do 'Kartoffelpizza' for them. We have always some not eaten potato leftovers. We put them together with raw potato in a grinder and use vacuum boxes to store the mix in our cool room (deep ramped clay cellar with a temperature of always between 5 and 9 Celcius). This mix is a kinda universal 'fast food'. YOu can use it for potato dumpling, potato pancakes, fried potato crocettes and for the mentioned Pizza. Just replace the pizza dough with the mix for the potato dumbings. do a thin layer on a baking plate, 15 minutes (depending on thickness) into the oven, then put the tomato, bacon, basilico, garlic on, and again in the oven. In germany you can buy something like our mix as Kloßteig (halb und halb), dough for dumplings- half raw, half boiled.

NIOB: SW78 vs 118 white griffon First time that I had to run. Loosing the buffs is not nice. So I put some time in socketing Full Pandemonium set , all platin level 90 stuff. Socketed some x-x damage rings from a level 100 niob shopper. The hard hit is now doing 6010 damage. It is a fist and shield double strike with explosions. Deathblow is at 67%. Normal fighting is no problem in Niob. I can spam the attacks with 6.1s reg per hit and hard hit having a regeneration time of 10.2s. But it are double hits you remember? I got me a level 90 Kira shield from my melee elf. Only 2 of them I found, one is level 90, the other 180. The shield is nice, with a single point in shield lore I have 60+% block chance vs ranged and melee. Skills I mastered: 1-3: combat discipline, tactic lore, combat discipline 4: armour lore plan 5: working on damage lore, mainly because it is the only other skill adding damage. Not sure if it is useful at all.

Platin campaign finished. Boss fights took around 3 minutes each. But that was somehow to be exspected: unarmed level 76 versus a level 98 plati n Boss. The CA-damage was close to 4000, and it are doublehits with explosions, so group control was possible. Deathblow at 70% so double damage quite quickly.

Our daughter will travel France for 8 weeks before university starts. One reason is to get better in the language, the other to get a paper that she has a knowledge in the flora of france. I think I should rename the character: Kuno, Ritter des Ordens des lila Schildes --- Kuno, knight of the order of the pink shield Pink, everything is pink.... Level 70 and being in the desert doing the gold campaign. Enemies are level 87. Fights are slow so survival bonus is not low. Not much risc, but everything I find is way too high in level. Level 90 set items in the chest and I can't use them ... I could use a Kanka set with x% life leech, just found the missing boots. Had most of the set from older characters already. But I try to stay away from the Kanka even it is tempting to use it. ... Vade retro satanas!!! I won't use you...

Air condition in a car needs a cooling liquid. Old ones destroy the atmosphere. So a new one was approved and 2 US companies hold the patent and are only producers. For all new cars it is the only liquid allowed. A deal of several billion dollars, it is better for environment- everyone agrees. It is save?--- and here the oponions split. Mercedes says in an internal test they got explosions and high toxic acid in a burn. The producer says this cannot happen. Well europe has no speed limit so engines parts can become quite hot, reaching the heat which would cause an explosion if there is a leakage like at an accident. The producers did a new test with a smalll car and no explosion: Mercedes did neutral tests with big cars who drove a distance on the Autobahn and got the temperature needed for an explosion. Why I wrote this.... Got an email with an invitation for a firefighter meeting. Probably to talk about the riscs for firefighters and if the firefighter union should unite to fight for a better solution, like a more expensive but safe CO2 cooling.
