Without CM-patch it normally got easier from now on: enemies running into their level cap while your character still raises power. I like the multilayer defense of this character: runes of protection to reduce chance to get hit: block CA, block ranged, % defense value ,% to stun in extented range 52000 over all armour - lowers peak damage. Look at the damage to armour graphs and you know what I mean 50+% all type damage mitigation 45% all type reduce damage over time spell resistance mastered to reduce time DoT is on high willpower from companion together with spell resistance helps in that alchemy to heal and fill any hole in the defense for special enemies (trophies with root block, evade, ...) more than 3 times the duration of mentors, concentration and undead ban potions - with a single point in alchemy right now maelstrom and energy blaze covering a real big area - close to full screen, in which enemies are slowed, reduced in attack speed, weakened... Runes of protection are at CA-Level 141 with 155 points in mental focus companion is at CA-Level 70 with dragonmagic not taken at all, but even unmodified 1000+ in willpower and intelligence Both buffs have 200 runes read in. 99.5% chance to half regeneration time makes a 2s energyblaze spammable in 1s. Mindstrike for single champions and a weapon slot with a Kaldur socketed with hit chance items and using x% attack value and x% attack speed trophies allow hitting the forest master tree with 148% attack speed with 97% hit chance at 2.5% life leech. Dragonform allows a bit of teleport to shortcut runs. --- Of any pure single aspect characters I played, this is my best.

Gelbe Grütze und Schokoeis with a bit of and a big resulting ! We were cleaning the refridgerator, or you can call it we wanted to know what was hidden in it and got forgotten. Lots of frozen fruits so we decided to do some old fashioned Gelbe Grütze. Day one: put groat (we did a mix of buckwheat and barley) into apple juice so it sucks up the liquid Day two: Some yellow fruits (yellow cherries, apricot, a single kiwi, greengage-ours are more yellow) boiled with sugar, cooled down a bit, and the groat from the day befor stirred in. And a short boiling again. It can be kept fresh for around a month in a fridge so we did like 4 pounds. A spoon of Gelbe Grütze on a ball of chocolade ice is our preferred mix. Hi This photo isn't old, just 2 days. Old analog objective and new digital camera. Used my old filters for black and white photos while doing the photo and then used gimp to make the raw-data into a jpg. The place is nostaltic: While I was doing the photo I was sitting on an old appletree my grandpa did, now it is owned by my brother. We used to play as kids in this applefield. It shows the Lahn-Valley. Front is western part of Wetzlar, top is the Monastry of Altenberg belonging to Solms. The Lahn valley was voted several times as one of the most beautiful valley to visit with a canoo or by train. The train route follows the river and you have a nice view to the castles and monastries on surrounding hills. The church in front is an old one build as a fortified church in the midages. If you view towards the point of the roof and will fly 21 more hills into this direction you will be at the place were I live now. I was sweating blood and water last week when my wife looked at me as with laser beams. I was never this afraid when I work with explosives at our company. My wife bought this nice Canon 550D second hand and I said it has an old firmware. And I thought if I do the firmware anyway, maybe I can install a hacked one with more features. So I went to the hacksite and there was a big warning on first page: 'No guarantee, your camera will be only an expensive door stopper if this fails!' To bad that my wife was reading this too, and she said: Honey, you know I am a doc. I know 100 ways to kill you and police will never know. But I tried after being forced to agree to buy a brandnew model if the update on the old one fails. It worked like a charm and after reading into manual pdf I thought why not to try out more. So I ordered a lot of adapters, filters and ram cards (the firmware has to be put on each ram card you use) and yesterday it was at the post. A first try, taking a M42 to Canon adapter and using a 40 year old Zeiss objectiv - whow - tons sharper than the zoom which was together with the camera. No autofocus, no vibration control, aperature and focusing in the good old manual way. I took a shot of our second with the Zeiss 50mm 1/2.0 and the face of our second was sharp while the background was nicely blurred. And then I made an mistake when my wife asked me if I could explain to her how I did it. I said that I am a smart man and she only a technologic lacking woman and that she would never understand in the 15 seconds before I would leave to the pub. When I came back she had an even better photo of the twins and said: Oh there is a nice feature for focus assist in the manual. Took me 5 seconds to find it. Of cause everybody, the twins do the background music. They play with Playmobil in the same room, so there disturbating was calculated into the build. Balance of the build was pushed away from the character being an agile high damage doing copperhead snake to a galapagos turtle which kills by being patient for a 100 years to have the enemy die on old age. The current goal is to replace the galapagos turtle by a mutant ninja turtle, damage and safety in one build. Playmobil: Pirates are landing in the Artamark...

A big map with all the embloyees for the Ascaron bureau Megaquest We are currently doing this quest with my hardcore Dragonmage Mentalist . You know the quote from James Cook: "... farther than any man has been before me, but as far as I think it is possible for a man to go" . Specially the the last part is our concern for a hardcore character. By doing the Megaquest and accepting every other quest we find when doing this one we hope to stumple into the quests the CM-patches added. 513 quests are on my log now. A nice printed map really helps, ours is 2*1,5 metres black and white on a soft wooden board where we use needles to pin the embloyees we already have. We means whole family.

I am a great fan of alchemy, mainly for the 100% healing in niob and longer lasting undead-ban potions. I never used any green potion in all these years. On console I was told it is hard to use trophies. But mentor potions lasting minutes are very nice. Where I see problems: enemies with area attacks targeting your summons but you are in the damage zone. I would choose tactics and concentration as last skills, but thats my personal taste: defending with buffs and have boosted healing potion in case something passes the defense.

OMG, I watched my 13 year old playing this character. She has double to trible my kill speed She rotates with 'A' key and clicks in the upper left corner in a certain rythm and the energy blazes are nicely placed killing around, affecting a field of 4 screen sizes at minimum zoom. I was shocked when she fought around 30 spitting spiders in the swamp with this tactic - with my HARDCORE character. Well with spell resistances at mastery a DOT attack lasts hardly 2 ticks and damage over time is reduced by 50% anayway. Around same for over all damage mitigation. Energy blazes reduce enemy attack speed to just a third of normal and enemies are stunned by shield of protection most often before they enter the area. But still, it makes me nervous seeing her fighting such an amount of spiders. If this would have been 2 years ago I would have considered writing a guide

It always depends on what you will do: IPad allows to remote control a Canon Camera, Chrome-thing doesn't (yet?). Nice for animal photos, another remote control to rotate the camera. IPad has a nice adapter to our bicycle: maps, speeds, calories used, ... And we have no cellular phone net in most of surrounding forests... But I would prefer a nice Linux netbook anytime where I have full control.

Ever tried Carpaccio? I wonder if Carpaccio can be considered raw. It is basicly like our Sauerbraten, marinating and fermenting. Well Carpaccio is best beef while Sauerbraten is made from tough hard to chew meat like horse or donkey.

Spaetzle are noodles mainly in southwest germany. Rough surface eats a lot of sauce. I (and I am alone with my oldest here) prefer roasted Himmel und Erde with the Schnitzel. Translates as heaven (apples) and earth (potato). 8mm cubes of potato, apples, pears, quinches (luckily we have some fruit trees) roasted in the fat of some same size greenback/lart cubes. But in winter it are often Crouquettes (favourite of the other 4 kids) to use up leftover potato from the days befor. My wife likes a simple Zwiebelbauernbrot (farmers bread with chopped onions baked in) to suckup the sauce.

Can't complain, Schnitzel are from a butcher just 100 metres from Restaurant. Jägerschnitzel, huntsman Schnitzel, escalope a la chasseur : Schnitzel with a Sauce from roasted onions, mushrooms and cream. The restaurant has different price lists: Family - served on a big plate for hungry family and only 'menu of the day' Wanderer/Tourists - For single and hungry people Business - smaller portions so there are no leftovers at a business dinner, but more expensive 2Litre orange juice - 2 euro 8 XLsize - Schnitzel - 12 euro 6 pound french fries - 5 Euro 1 bottle Mushroom sauce - 3 euro 1 pound field salade - 3 Euro 25 Euro if I would buy at street market/butcher do it at home, and energy, cleaning, time wasted, ... Since we have potato, mushrooms, field salade on our own, I could save a bit more money against more time needed. Well normally we do this option and discuss school, next days transport needs to friends or sport while cleaning and cutting the food.

McD or starving, .... 5 kids are a strong vote against McD. They are very sport active and when finishing a burger they are hungry right again. A family table at a restaurant turns are way cheaper and more satitiating, specially from thai restaurants you get real big family tables. The soup is the best Normally Mett is spiced the same way as for the sausage: Mettwurst (Mett-sausage). Salt and pepper are easy herbs and very very rarely having some bacteria on them. Herbs, oil, sauces are different... If using them then add them short before eating. Spicing Mett is very local: the closer to big rivers and ocean-harbours the better the supply with spices was in old times. So people near netherlands add more different spices. At my place: salt and pepper. And add onions when eating. Simple and traditional. What may be troublesome outside germany: german settles in australia, southern USA, south america were living in a warmer climate and so the old butchering at first frosts was not always possible and caused some poisoning.

Preparing raw Mett in the traditional way: home butchering was only done at frost, no flies around cutting boards, knives, axes,... were cleaned in a big cauldron with boiling water after each step of the preparation The water was kept in the cauldron and used to boil sausages. Then it was used as a soup: Wurstsuppe = sausage soup. If no sausage was accidently destroyed while boiling, the housewife often destroyed a blood sausage for a better taste. In a good Wurstsuppe all the little parts from cleaning the tools and fallen away pork pieces are swimming.

Level 152: Wasn't able to kill Undead Prince just with spells. The character is really robust, even having a bit low kill speed. But I have a quite funny playstyle. I call it 'flower power'. Because it is so robust I can collect lots of enemies. Then I place my energy blaze circles in a over lapping way: all direction of the compas/wind rose I place a blaze. So it looks like a flower with 8 pedals. Enermies affected by blaze are slowed in attack speed and often weakened, enemies affected by runes of protection are 2-3 times stunned before they are even close. Also runes give a nice 56% CA-block by now and a similiar protection against missiles. Stats: first 100 in stamina, rest in vitality skills: Masteries I reached in that order: 1. mentalism focus, kept at level, now 152 1. mentalism lore 1. ancient magic - only a single damage type, so its needed 4. spell resistance - with the willpower from companion buff - less nightmares at spitting spiders 5. constitution - no combat art with heal or life leech, wanted the healing in combat 6. toughness - virtual hitpoints 7. armour lore - mainly for lowering regen times after the change from hybrid to caster 8. combat discipline - more damage and 10% turn the regen-clock next ones will be alchemy, currently 3 points concentration, currently 1 point 200 runes read into each buff, 120 runes read into energy blaze.

Wait for the dragons... ...Ancient Bark makes you more vulnerable to fire attack - lowering your damage mitigation towards fire. And yes it adds poison resistance.

Hmm, I am getting old, forget to mention an important fact: I have energyblaze alone in a combination, and next ca-slot it is pure energyblaze. If I do the combination the pure ca-slot does the 8:20 thingy. So here is my theory: There are two reg-time modifiers! a) -x% reg time b) turn the clock by x% Combat discipline, half-regeneration time equip and mana-steel ca's belong into group b.
