  1. My seraphim found a few between 10 and 20 not sure what bargaining I had. 2 between 50 and 60 with 40 hard points and probably about +150 all skills to get to ~200. Following that I couldn't find a single one until I mastered Bargaining recently at level 111. I am now 116 and still finding them with ~350-400 Bargaining (75 Hard Points)
  2. level 16, too easy. I have 2 that are ~120 and could find more I will concede you have more lightsabers than I do though
  3. I still have 214 spirit Graahk pouches (worth about 1.8m) in that game that I can't do anything with unless I get a membership again. Not bad considering my total level is about 300-350 and my highes skills were Smithing/Mining at about 40-45. I liked to play around with prices on the grand exchange to make gold though.
  4. In campaign mode storyline bosses do not appear until you reach the relevant part in the story. No there are several set per class you can see them here http://sacredwiki.org/index.php5/Sacred_2:Set_Items Finding them is random but having Chance to Find Valuables + X% on your equipment will improve you chances. The skill Enhanced Perception also comes with a Chance to find valuables bonus but you cannot see how big until it reaches 75 You are supposed to be warped there by a dragon once you complete the story missions on the islands in the northern sea, there is another path there through the a tunnel to the desert. You said you have been to where you fight the mist of miasma so you must have gone through it. A word of warning, you seem to like exploring, if you head to the jungle south of the desert and arrive at the ruins of Ceria Delith DO NOT use any of the pillars in the caves under the ruins, doing so before you reach that point in the story will make completing campaign impossible. Look at the number of stars in the item details: 0* = Junk and Normal items 1* = Magic Items 2* = Rare Items 3* = Set/Unique Items 4* = Legendary Items
  5. What is this code? Edit: Nevermind I found out by quoting Tekken's opening post
  6. I guess you mentioned to gogo my topic couldn't be edited as well since I locked this and left it and it is now unlocked and I can can edit. Anyway, the Sword of Blood Dryads has gone, it went yesterday, I still have the other 2 items but you don't have any items I need. Got any spare runes to trade?
  7. I have recently been doing some runs in this cave with my level 113 DW Seraphim on Niob (With 92% Survival Bonus). On the plus side with 11-12k damage pelting strikes and 71.1% Deathblow the Orcs go down in 5-10 seconds so clearing the cave is no problem, and with a level 100 Battle stance and +300% Chance to evade surviving is also easy. However, the item drops don't seem quite so amazing as people seem to be saying they are even with 250 Perception Mastery and another 50-100% Chance to find Valuables it can take 10-20 minutes to find a Set/Unique item but I can do better making runs on the optional bosses. The Boar, Forest Guardian, Minotaur and White Griffin all drop very good quantities of set/unique items. As for experience I can't help but feel I could do better elsewhere like South-East Hissil'ta. Since I am clearly far more powerful than I need to be to kill them I am trying to make a Magic Find weapon set to improve the drop rates using the level 140 Officer's Saber I found in there (It wasn't all bad) and one of my 110 sabers.
  8. I had the same problem, don't edit for a couple of days and you loose the ability to do so
  9. Unfortunately that build will not currently work well on consoles the reason is simple. I am not sure of the full extent of the problem but I know for certain that the Inteligence bonus of Acute Mind does not increase the damage of Capricious Hunter combat arts, but I beleive that it may be a more general problem of Inteligence not affecting the damage of weapon based combat arts at all when using staffs.
  10. You may want to add something about Experience and Loot systems. The reason I say this is Free World co-op on PS3 is broken currently(You will understand). Essentially co-op games (Both Free World and Campaign) are based on the online modes and follow the same party system. Players in the same party share experience and get a portion of drops from any enemy killed by a member of the party as long as they are close to each other. Players in different parties gain no loot or experience from a kil made by a player in a different party. In Campaign (Online and Offline) players are automatically put into one party and cannot change from that party so there are never any problems. In Free World new players are automatically assigned to a party on their own. In an online game the host can change the party settings on the start menu to add the players to the same party, however, on PS3 in offline co-op games you do not have this option (360 does I believe) this means it is impossible to share experience for kills in free world co-op games currently, a big problem given free world is the only place Light and Dark characters can play together.
  11. That is 1.04 not 1.40 Also, Created 20/5/09, seems someone sold me the game 2 weeks early Took some photographs showing the steps of a trade as well It doesn't actually stay on the trade window afterwards I just opened it again to show that the Gisarme was traded
  12. I personally have not had any trouble with it. Are you sure you have two one handed weapons equipped when checking? The maximum level without penalty from dual wield only applies when you have two weapons equipped. Equipping only single weapon will still show a penalty on both the equipped item and any that aren't equipped this also works the other way round, I.e. when you have 2 swords equipped it will say the is no attack speed penalty for other items in you inventory even for 2 handed or ranged weapons for example but as soon as you remove the 2 swords, as would happen when equipping a 2 handed weapon, the true penalty will be shown.
  13. Indeed, I find quite a few deathblow rings with ~400 Bargaining Mastery at level 111, so I added two of the three ~47% deathblow only ones I had to a couple of weapons to see how much I could get. I had a third one but I traded my lower level Sword of the Blood Dryads with someone and kept it forged in the Gold Socket. Shame I don't find more Experience, Combat Arts or Skills + with double bonuses like that. Speaking of double bonuses, I can find 30-35% deathblow rings/amulets but occasionally I find ones where the only bonus is about 50% Deathblow. I guess the 50% comes from a double deathblow bonus, I.e. there are two 30-35% bonuses on one item and the 50% is the actual amount given once the penalty for multiple bonuses is taken into account.
  14. I have some time and my Seraphim has quite a few Deathblow items around so I will see what I can find. Here are the items with Deathblow Items I have Sword of Blood Dryads - 51.7% (Gold Slot Ring) Memtar's Protector - 50.6% (Gold Slot Ring) Ker's Scepter - 33.3% (Silver Slot Ring) Gauntlets - 35.0% (Gold Slot Ring) Wings - 31.1% (Silver Slot Ring) Ring - 31.0% Ring - 24.9% Tests Combination 1 (2 Items) 51.7 + 50.6 = 102.3% Actual Value = 67.7% Combination 2 (3 Items) 35.0 + 33.3 + 31.1 = 99.4% Actual = 59.4% Combination 3 (3 Items) 50.6 + 31.0 + 24.9 = 106.5% Actual = 64.4% These first 3 I tried to make similar totals with different numbers of items and looked at the actual value, and found that there is definitely a bigger penalty for using a larger quantity of smaller value items. Combination 4 (1 Items) 51.7 = 51.7% Actual = 51.7% Combination 5 (2 Items) 51.7 + 50.6 = 102.3% Actual Value = 67.7% Combination 6 (3 Items) 51.7 + 50.6 + 35.0 = 137.3% Actual Value = 72.5% Combination 7 (4 Items) 51.7 + 50.6 + 35.0 + 31.1 = 168.4% Actual Value = 75.5% Combination 8 (5 Items) 51.7 + 50.6 + 35.0 + 31.1 + 31.0 = 199.4% Actual Value = 77.9% Combination 9 (6 Items) 51.7 + 50.6 + 35.0 + 31.1 + 31.0 +24.9 = 224.3% Actual Value = 79.4% These 6 I just equipped each of my items from largest to smallest and checked the result after each. Combination 10 (2 Items) 51.7 + 31.0 = 82.7% Actual = 60.3% Combination 11 (2 Items) 50.6 + 31.0 = 81.6% Actual = 59.6% Looking at 1, 10 and 11 it is clear that given a fixed number of items the total size of the deathblow affects the strength of the diminishing returns. What I can say is that the strength of the diminishing returns depends on at least 2 factors, one is the number of items with deathblow equipped, the other is the total value of the deathblow mods.
  15. The damage bonus from Combat Discipline applies to all Combat Arts even if they are not in a combo. The regeneration time reduction requires the Combat Art to be in a combo however you can put a single combat art into a combo and gain the reduction. The best thing about Grand Invigoration is that these is no regeneration penalty (The only buff that doesn't have one) so the only disadvantage of using so many runes is the fact that they only give partial levels. With other buffs using so many runes would give partial levels but full regeneration penalties making it a bad idea. With 570 runes at level 50 My Grand Invigoration has reached 76.5 and the current maximum level without penalty with my all skills equipment is 47. You need to complete the Campaign on the previous difficulty but once that is done you can move on at any point.
  16. I also started a Melee High Elf recently, mine is a little different but is still killing everything without difficulty I am currently just finishing the desert on gold at level 50 and haven't died yet. The main differences are these: 1) I chose Arrant Pyromancer Focus and use Incandescent Skin as a second buff modded for Block Ranged and Reflect Melee this should become very effective later on. I also occasionally use Incendiary Shower to Stun bosses and kill them before they recover. 2) I chose Sword Weapons over Magic Staffs, they generally have Higher Damage making Magic Coup stronger. 3) Although I never tested it myself I read many times that Tactics Lore does not affect Magic Coup so I chose Combat Discipline which definitely does. 4) I modded Magic Coup for Damage and Life Leech and have not had any problems with accuracy. 5) I had some spare runes so I have 570 Grand Invigoration used which means at 50 I have about 700/s HP regen One other thing to note, My Dual Wield Seraphim was reaching the end of Platinum at your level. You may wish to progress to Platinum and Niob and then see how well it holds up.
  17. Unfortunately it is a bit low, I can bargain for chest pieces with All Skills +13 and 2 Gold Slots at my current level.
  18. Recent Picture, my off-hand weapon here is an (Ice) Ysandrifa's Law normally I use a (Fire) Memtar's Protector. 19. Tactics lore is an essential skill for any build that primarily engages in weapon based combat and should be the skill you get 5 points in to unlock Dual Wield. Whether to take Sword Lore later on or not is your choice. One thing to remember is that when you dual wield your Attack Value , Attack Speed and Highest Level Without Penalty bonuses come from Dual Wield not Sword Lore that means the only reason for taking both is to unlock the weapon bonuses that require Sword Weapons, some of these bonuses can be powerful. Personally I didn't take it Sword Weapons, at 65 I considered the following on my Dual Wield seraphim Sword Weapons - I prefer Slotted Weapons, although unlocking the chance to inflict deep wounds on my current Ice Flash would be nice I can live without it. Alchemy - The fact that you cant set trophies to potion slots on the PS3 kills this skill, I really didn't want to have to open the inventory, move along to the misc tab and scroll down through any Runes, Books, and Damage modifiers I had picked up to use a trophy whenever I needed to. The increased Mentor Potion Duration would have been nice but not necessary though. Combat Discipline - This is what I went for, at the time I had 2 combos I was using often and the Regen reduction helped. Also the damage bonus was a great. I cant quite cause the same damage as an INT staff Dryad but 10-15k from pelting strikes at 108 is quite effective. Another advantage of taking Combat Discipline is that my Damage/Effectiveness when Dual Wielding anything goes up allowing me to utilize Hafted Weapons(Hammers/Clubs/Axes) and even staffs more effectively if I wanted to. In contrast if you take Sword Lore you gain the benefit of sword mods but should you choose to use a Hafted/Staff weapon you will gain no benefit from it.
  20. With the exception of 1 level 105 Niokaste's Cord I am happy to trade any Niokaste's Peices. I could use any Wings of the Seraish, Holy Protection, Sofia's Protection or even Wristguard's of Dusk your friend has, If their levels are good, preferably 80+ and not levels I already have I would be happy to trade for them. Mitts of the Ancients (Gauntlets, 15) are the only adornments of the ancestors item I have, I don't need them but and it seems a bit unfair to ask for a 90+ Tinwora's curse just for that one item.
  21. I wrote this in response to a question on the Official International Forum about avoiding hits with Antitrust's Shopper seraphim however it is a good general guide to getting more out of the build. gogo suggested I add it here so here it is. I also added some Unique/Set equipment suggestions for each suit. Original Thread: http://forum.sacredeng.ascaron-net.com/sho...ead.php?t=62635 The guide essentially advises on the construction of 3 suits to assist your in surviving and killing all that you see. Bargaining Suit First you need to get your bargaining high enough to find a decent number of 2*(Note I play PS3 "Yellow" on PC) items in shops, first buy as many of the largest Bargaining + Relics as you need and start looking for any equipment with silver/Gold slots (and certain bonuses if you can find them) and any rings or amulets with certain bonuses. Use the blacksmith to add the rings and amulets to the armor. The bonuses you are looking for are ones that boost bargaining (All Skills +, General Skills + and Bargaining +). Now you have a bargaining suit to equip whenever you use the shops, I advise you keep it up to date so the quality of items sold does not fall too much. Battle Suit Now you need to make 2 more equipment sets, the first is a battle set which will have a good number of all skills + (but not as much as the bargaining suit) and will also have mods like: Block Chance +X% Block Chance: Close Combat +X% Reflect: Close Combat +X% Evade Chance +X% Armor +X% Damage Mitigation +X% (With Armor Lore Mastery) and may also have Deathblow +X% Damage X-X or +X% This suit may take longer to make as you will want armor with some good bonuses and lots of slots. You will also want to get rings with All Skills + and another usefull bonuses such as the ones above. As your regen times begin to come down you will also want to start raising you Exalted Warrior Combat Arts, particularly Pelting Strikes so find some space for All Combat Arts +, Aspect: Exalted Warrior + and Peting strikes +. Battle Stance Suit The final suit is one to boost Battle Stance. Modded for chance to reflect close combat and raised to a decent level it helps a lot as it also multiplies your attack and defense values. This set of equips will need a balance of things to boost exalted warrior focus (All Skills +, Combat Art Skills + and Exalted Warrior Focus +) and Battle Stance (All Combat Arts +, Aspect: Exalted Warrior + and Battle Stance +) The best part about this set is you can equip it when you start the game activate a high level battle stance and then switch to the battle set and keep the high level battle stance without needing a high level combat art. Set Pieces In general Pieces for the three suits will be shopped for but there are some set pieces that work well if you have them. Battle Suit Pieces Wings of the Seraish (Origin of the Seraish, Wings) Lots of armor, good defense bonus to be multiplied by battle stance, less slots than I would like but still good and some resistance to Weaken, Burn, Poison and such. Holy Protection (Twilight of the Gods, Chest) Lots of armor and slots make this an effective piece and a bit of Magic Find never hurt anyone Sofia's Protection (Twilight of the Gods, Legs) Chance to Evade and some run speed as well as slots. Wristguards of Dusk (Twilight of the Gods, Bracer) Another 3 Slots, the Attack Bonus will help especially when Battle Stance multiplies it and if you have the previous 2 pieces you get a nice additional Visibility Range bonus from the set. Shopping Suit Pieces Veil of Clouds (Illuminated Skies, Chest) Good general skills bonus and 2 slots for you Skills + Rings, what more could you want. Northern Lights (Illuminated Skies, Shoulders) See above but with Bargaining not General Skills. Helmet of the Halo (Illuminated Skies, Head) You might consider this piece if you have a blacksmithing character to make use of the bronze slot but otherwise you may want to avoid it, shop for a piece with 2 silver/gold slots and a bonus that will boost Bargaining for better results. Officer's Saber 3 Gold Slots very versatile weapon, slot 2 of them with 3 of your best Rings/Amulets to give a nice boost to Bargaining. Battle Stance Suit Pieces Niokaste's Cord (Niokaste's Blade Dance, Belt) The only set piece I have found that is useful in this suit you are better off shopping for other pieces with slots, and bonuses that will boost Battle Stance and/or Exalted Warrior focus. Officer's Saber As I said very versatile weapon, getting another 2 for Battle Stance would also be a good idea but Tinwora's Curse and Ancrid's Blade are alternatives here. Tinwora's Curse 2 gold Slots and an All Combat Arts+ makes this a good choice for boosting Combat Arts. Ancrid's Blade One bronze one silver and one gold slot, the silver and gold can be socketed with rings/amulets the bronze can take a Battle Stance Rune These three sets of equipment have served me well and I can take on the Wasteland Demons on Niobium in close combat at 103 without difficulty. Some other Advice Always ensure you have 3 relics of each armor type (Poison, Fire, Ice, Magic) and try to get them with the largest large bonus to enhance perception you can get at the time. You will be able to adjust your relics defense to suit your needs and it will improve you Magic Find as well. Hope this helps.
  22. Note: This is a full list of my items that I consider valuable in a trade, some are being used and others I may not wish to trade (Bold items are the ones I can think of). Make an offer and I will consider it. Post a message here if you have an offer to make. Since I lack a USB Keyboard/Headset dealing with trade requests here is much easier so no PSN messages.
