Whats Your Favourite Quest in Sacred 2?

Hi there,

 

As there are well over 500 quests, the chances are we all have our favourites.

 

Here are my top 3. Haven't completed the game yet so know I'm missing out on loads.

 

1) Blind Guardian. This was a complete shock to me, trolls and kobolds headbanging?!?! And the weapons and shield you get are decent too.

2) Shadow Warrior Character quest. It's the part where you have to escort a rotting zombie back to his other zombie pals!

3) Can't remember the name of the quest but it's the one where you have to deliver fruit to a bear. Fighting alongside the bear when you leave the cave was awesome!

 

Other quests I like are the couple I've found so far to find teddy bears for children. How can a little girl ask an undead warrior and his two skeleton warriors to find her teddy bear without running away with disgust?

 

Whoever came up with the ideas for these quests are crazy! Well done to all the Sacred 2 team.

2.) Manners Maketh Kobold - who could pass up a quest with Yoda in it

3.) The Undead Legion - best chain quest Ive seen so far

Definitely the Orc Chieftain. Millieu, mobs, the twisting turning as you go through the moutainside.

hmm, if I think about it, the story line is kind of interesting to get to the calamari boss...and when you finally do get to him, it's pretty huge, and a lot of menace to him...not to mention he can be a VERY hard hitter ^^

I Just Rode In On My Hellhound With Spectral Warriors And Beat The Living Daylights Out Of Him.

 

Now Im Gonna Do It With My Gun Build seraphim.

 

BeeEffGee + Battle Stance (2 Buffs FTW) + Sabretooth Mount + Radiant Pillar(for Light Effects) = Pwwwn.

I found another brilliant quest last night which was by far the funniest so far. It's the one where you have to plant a pumpkin seed and watch for the results! I won't spoil it for those of you who haven't seen it yet but believe me it's hilarious!

 

Also last night my survival bonus was 79.2%, hadn't died at all with this Shadow Warrior with nearly 40 hours playtime. I started a quest on Seraphim Island to go to an area and kill demons. I managed the first 2 rounds quite easy but the next with SIX demons, well you can imagine the results, my SW died a horrible death! I couldn't believe how quickly my health went. Luckily I could go back to the arena by carrying on with the Shadow Warriors character quest but I forgot to activate the sidequest again to get the reward, damn! Lost that survival bonus for nothing! Still at least the quest is gone now, don't like having quests on the list without completing them.

 

EDIT: Are there any other long quest chains like Undead Legion? I've just left the Dragon Islands and are now in what looks like a swampy area. I heard there was a decent quest chain in the human region, is that true?

I just like the Artamarks region. I like the swamp too but the quests there aren't overly fun, many are suicidal if you don't use the portals effectively.

 

Actually, after doing them all multiple times, its hard to have a favourite quest. Manners Maketh a Kobold is funny, I guess.

OK my favorits and 1 I dont do exept in Kami anymoe, reflect champs are soo dealy alone:

 

Ghost city line...

Ancestors chambers line... only kami - champ mages reflect ranged, magic CA and some weap based CA like pelting strikes.

Undead legion line...

 

My rarest dropper category quests:

 

Basement - Khorum. Wery rare sets / uniques.

Deadly Blue - Sar Thas. Wery rare sets/ uniques.

Dream Vampire - Sar Thas. This gave me lord waynes as level 79 ( was level 105 ) ,Nadjii´s splitter level 75 as level 55 , and some ice flash sword level 105 also as level 79. And alot off wery rare sets.

 

I combine these 3 in my boss run series, with white griffin, boar, sinister prince & jungle boss. from level 60 - 100 ... 3-4 runs a level + drops.

 

All 3 quests drops rarely, but when they do .... what a gift.

 

 

P.S I do this on my cowboy TG - so most builds should be able to do this run series in free till full set......

1. Undead legion is a great one. A lot of running around can get old after a while though.

2. Something about the Pesky Pirates chain I like. Maybe its all the ARRRS!

3. I forget the name, but in the human lands there is one where you go get a guys glasses in the sewers and you find a giant mouse trap with a huge wheel of cheese on it nearby. Only there for our amusement.

I have played this game since release date and have probably completed only a dozen quests...I'm just so busy trying different builds.

 

I did the Blind Guardian one and I have to say that was a great quest....a video like that in game was just so excellent!

 

I look forward to the day when I have built a toon that can survive in Platinum,,,,,that's when I want to explore every corner of Ancaria and play every quest.

 

So much still to uncover in Sacred 2.....I love it!
