I wonder if you have certain metals, gems, flowers.... for each anniversary of your marriage. In germany 22th anniversary would be bronce as metal and tourmaline as gem. Just read wiki: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wedding_anniversary The german wiki page however lists bronze as metal for england and 22th. Do you give gifts with the fitting metal,gem or flower to your wife on an anniversary? The 16th was a small saphir, but the 17th will be cheaper: roses Or more probably a little silver rose fitting to all the other anniversary ornaments for the handband of my wife. Link to comment
