SevPOOTS 90
Really? I've been enjoying Sacred 2 since last week. I'm a level 14 seraphim and the CA customization is very fun . But where are the Giant dragons/spiders/monsters in the game? I've only encountered Bandits/skeletons/ghouls/goblins. Somehow it feels very grindy and somehow boring going through the same monsters. Just to add, I'm still on the "Land" areas. Havent gone to a place with a different terrain. Also the Blind Guardian quest was SOOOO worth it haha xD 1 Link to comment
Popular Post CapnTucker 29
Each region of the map has a boss, but areas of the map other than the starting region (Tyrlesia) have to be unlocked. Look at the virtual map of Ancaria in the Sacredwiki to see them. If you have the Ice & Blood expansion, you can visit the Crystal Plane and the Blood Forest right away. The boss in the Plane is the Crystal Dragon, and the boss in the Blood Forest is the Abisshai of Dissension (a giant eyeball monster). To get to them just go to the main city in Tyrlesia and talk to the ship captain at the docks. If you go before building up your character very much, know that the enemies there are very tough. You will level very fast though, and find lots of good loot.. 2 Link to comment
Popular Post lujate 578
Sacred 2 - Mini Bosses - A to Z (in chronological order) A couple of other things: If you're playing on Bronze, restart on Silver. Watch the target rings around the mobs. If they're grey, that means they're way too low for you, so move on. Ideally, you want them to be yellow. 2 Link to comment

Ideally, you want them to be yellow. Or PURPLE. Mwa ha haaa! Agreed, though, check out the maps on the Wiki to see the locations of bosses. If you want you can just seek them out one after another. Sometimes I do that in Gold after I've built a solid character in Silver. 4 Link to comment

I think that was Schot's idea too for the devs to implement tooooooooo many close calls in HC for this one gogo 1 Link to comment
Popular Post Hooyaah 2,828
With the proper build you may have no close calls even at lower levels and even while playing Niob. To speedilly achieve the next level just focus on the main quest. Do read on. Of course one must have good armor, proper protection, and select the best Combat Art combinations. Side quests and Bargaining help with that. Otherwise, for a good build check for some good character build specifics. Here is a recent post that I made that helps explain some basic advice. There is so much to learn, nevertheless, much of the enjoyment comes in the trial and error process. Sacred 2 is a rather complex game. I do strongly advise you to read the info here in the Sacred 2 Guides, Maps, Walkthroughs and Videos I especially found Loco's Piromante (Ice & Blood) helpful: http://darkmatters.org/forums/index.php?/topic/15510-locos-piromante-ice-blood The reason that this build outline is so good is because it explains what he is doing, when, and why. The video is icing on the cake, showing the power and majesty of the completed toon. If you follow, somewhat loosely, this build as a guide for other characters, bearing in mind that each have skills best suited for their own class then you should be on the way to a very effective and playable character. Finally, some advice that I would be remiss without mentioning is this: Be certain to focus on protection skills for your player and I have found that one should best select the focus and lore of one primary combat art and the focus on a protective CA (such as Revered Technology to strengthen Warding Energy for ones Seraphim) so that a key protective skill should be powerful enough to protect sufficiently. Each player type has other unique CAs that will aid in keeping you alive. (I rarely use health potions after the beginning stages of the game, once my toon is well enough protected, and after that point they are used just to keep alive those who I am protecting during some of the quests). Yes, do have fun, find special items, learn to forge good runes, rings, and amulets into your armor and do some exploring (and Kobold slaying in the beginning to level up). 3 Link to comment
Popular Post SX255 630
Check the wiki map. The huge bosses are some of the red arrows. Some only appear when you start a corresponding quest. The quest giver is usually somewhere next to the boss area. 3 Link to comment
SX255 630
Notable secondary huge dragon locations: South West in the human territories, in the dwarven mines. South East in the swamp, past the werewolf infested village, go south and then hug the mountain as you go east to north - there is a mountain path that leads north. South East in the desert, in the hidden mountain path behind the waterfall. P.S. If you cant kill them - RUN AWAY!!! 1 Link to comment
Popular Post SevPOOTS 90
Oooh Thanks Guys for the Replies! I think I messed up my seraphim as I just wanted to try all the Mods to the Combat arts. Made assailing assault reach the gold modification and regretted it lol. Will Start a new char in silver but I'll store the uniques I found in the shared stash. ^^ 3 Link to comment

SX255 630
They did. If you have the Ice & Blood expansion, you can visit the Crystal Plane and the Blood Forest right away. The boss in the Plane is the Crystal Dragon, and the boss in the Blood Forest is the Abisshai of Dissension (a giant eyeball monster). Find a boat, go to dark read area on the world map, do quests there until you get to fight Abishai Link to comment
