gogoblender 3,073
Ah, ha! I saw your build in action tonight Woody, and it was impressive. You're going to roar into Niobium with this mate. Schot's gotten his Shadow Warrior to level 50+ so we're going to stick it out to level 200 with it. We can all level up together! Great job on the build, video is very impressive. gogo Link to comment

AerialRevenge 0
... R.I.P, level 68 one-shooted by bloodclaw (+9k damage...) I'm not entirely sure what people mean by their characters dying. It seems like when it's brought up, it is implied that the character isn't playable anymore. You respawn upon death! All it does is reset your survival bonus right? Is that something that breaks a character? Doesn't it build back up just as if you were to start the game again? Unless, niob, actually KILLS characters. Does this happen? If so, why is this level 68 dead? BLARGH! Link to comment
Zinsho 0
Nope, it means they're playing Hardcore mode. If you do that, when you die you're dead, no respawn, no recovery of anything in your personal stash/inventory or currently equipped. Link to comment

When a hardcore character dies they can no longer be played and you have to start a new character from scratch. It forces you to be much more careful and attentive you your character. It is also a lot of fun. Unfortunately you cannot make hardcore characters for the consoles. I have played the xbox version since launch but just got myself a copy of the international PC version of Sacred 2 and have started my first hardcore character he is a temple guardian named Carter Steven. I hope to be able to play with some others from the site if any see me on. I usually create an unlocked campaign game named Ansgar when I am on. Edit: not as fast as Zinsho heh. gogoblender 3,073
HC is my favorite game mode in Sacred 2. Found it accidentally years ago when Nightfear posted a pic of his Seraphim, and spent some time looking for the cleverly hidden button! Never gone back since. It's the closest thing to an MMorpg without the whole mmorpgness about it, is cheap, and is very VERY thrilling. gogo p.s. Woody, are you going to re-roll this toon? It was pretty powerful. Woody 24
p.s. Woody, are you going to re-roll this toon? It was pretty powerful. Yep yep, my new TG is 'Woody, Lightning energy!', 25 lvls today, he is now level 38 in 5h30. I think be ready for the kami of sunday. Link to comment
Popular Post gasconron 11
I'm so glad I read through this guide. It served as the backbone of the build I'm now using on my Temple Guardian. Full damage auras, 15 sec Embers/Evan and a fairly spamabble Charged Grid. The Area of Effect capabilities of a TG isn't something to be overlooked I guess. Had "Ancient Magic" been an option skill for this character, it would've made TG Aura builds a lot stronger. 3 Link to comment
