  1. I think you can, even if it doesn't work as one would expect, Chance to Block: Stun is a blue modifier which can be easily found on many items and also on amulets, on top of that block/reflect stacks with ca modifiers so its even easier, my level 63 TG can reach easily reach 80% Chance to Reflect CC even tho that is my EpK gear I also built my super 321% Experience per Kill gear (+50% Mentor) to quickly leveling-up in Turtle Island, with this gear its like killing 4 turtles everytime I kill just one xD
  2. I think stun works the same way as spell intensity/resistance, but im not sure, if so that means in case you have +100% Spell Resistance then your base value is doubled, for example from 400 to 800, but if a boss enemy has higher spell intensity value than your spell resistance then you wont block the spell and it will deal more damage the higher the difference between the values. If I remember well I also was able to block the stun attack from Nameless with Chance to Block/Reflect: Combat Arts, cause the stamp its actually a CA, btw does Berserk really give stun resistance?, in the wiki the only who grants that effect is Natural Resistance
  3. Superb!!, my brand new PC is comming on this Friday (hope so ) and now I see the ultimate patch of Diablo Fallen Angel has been released, guess this weekend's gonna be quite fun with the Sorceress an the Necromancer Thanks again Flix for creating this amazing mod that greatly combines the characters, spells, enemies and classic iconography from Diablo with Sacred 2 unique and limitless in deep character buildup, 3d open world gameplay and real time and intuitive combat system. Dev teams of both Sacred 3 and Diablo 3 should come here to learn and see how to make a fraking decent ARPG game instead of that static Hack and Slash garbage, hope they learn from you for the nex time.
  4. it's incredible the amount of UNIQUE enemies you are creating, they look impressive and remind me of some Diablo and Sacred 1 enemies, I specially love these: Bloodwitch the Wild Gharbad the Strong Pitspawn Fouldog Witchmoon Archbishop Lazarus Fire Eye The Butcher Coldcrow Eldritch the Rectifier Infector of Souls Radament Also I really like the idea of council members having one member per each magic element Having all those new different enemies gives the mod another level of deepness and inmersion, which combined with all the previous amount of work you ve put on the mod is making it even more a completely different game than it alrady was, now its almost like a new game you buy in a store, great job
  5. I really like the idea of a phantom dragon near his own skeleton, its like his soul is still linked to that place where his fellows and himself perished and can't leave yet until the war in Ancaria finishes once for all
  6. Thanks Flix, I am very happy to see more dragons in the game, now its more like Sacred Underworld, in which you could fight against 14 dragons if I remember correctly, I heard that Wastelands was once the place in which dragons lived and fighted during the great war, but, maybe one young golden dragon survived the war and has been sleeping somewhere in a hidden place all the time until now
  7. Impressive work Flix, you managed to complete the all-class sets both in-game and on the wiki, I am also amazed that you could get all the Dragon Mage CM Patch sets, even Chaoskampf I really wish I could play Sacred more actively to finally complete the HE sets that are not on the wiki yet, Frozen Gems is a really odd one to see, and Mage of Spectrum is also hard to find, but I just need the boots to complete this one, which is my fav so far
  8. Hello Flix, I have been reading the Necromancer's CA on the wiki, its the first class I wanna try, but there are two things not clear to me -Revive. In the usage comments its says ca level wont increase revived enemy damage, but the gold modification is supposed to do so -Skeletal Mages. Taking Master conjurer mod replaces Fireball with Blazing Tempest? and about the lightning spells, any of the two versions inflict LL%? I got to say again you have made a lot of work on the mod so far, I see many new things apart of the characters and the Diablo-themed interface and items, but I dont know if you are planning to do any changes with respect to the sets, here are two ideas I have Necromancer is now much less a melee character than Inquisitor was, so the set bonuses and modifiers are less useful to the Necromancer, Illegard Judgement Chance to Inflict Serious Open wounds could be replaced by Damage: Poison +% or Damage+%, these are minor changes but a whole rethink from scratch of all the character 3 aspect set items would be the best imo, I can help you with that if needed And the other idea I have is changing the textures of all these aspect set items with the standard sets the game provides, it would take much less time than creating new ones and the visual look change would still be pretty good I give you one example, for the Sorceress Fire Spells aspect, instead of Celdrahil, you could use Burgandy set from here http://sacredwiki.org/index.php/Sacred_2:High_Elf_Magic_Set
  9. Thanks, and good point! There are now two main entry points to Diablo 2 Fallen on the Wiki: Main Page - Top row, far right, is a button with a link to D2F. I replaced the defunct link to Sacred 3. Sacred 2: Fallen Angel - Under "Game Features - Starting Up" the 5th link is to Diablo 2 Fallen. You can also find it on the list of mods and modding guides on the Wiki's Sacred 2:Modding page, which is itself on the bottom right of the Fallen Angel page under the "References and Strategy Guides" section. When I get all the combat arts done I'm planning on making a trailer video. I've got the ok to put it on the Wiki's front page news section when it's done. I may also try to take a more active role in the Wiki's front page generally. Maybe rotating the "Featured Article" or "Featured Build" sections with fresh content. Not necessarily D2F content, just to feature some other Wiki pages. yeah I was thinking the same, in the news section plus its own icon, and I would also include Elite Mounts and Custom Spells mods you made, they deserve to be there too!
  10. Amazing work on the mod, really, the content on the Wiki is the icing on the cake, but I dont a link to the mod anywhere on the Wiki
  11. yeah lol, but im expecting something much better than legendary Hammer from epic office quest, maybe Soorns Doombringer, Sereish Thunder, Thunderstrike or even The Redeemer, one the best swords of the game would be a really nice drop
  12. there are some amazing guides for all chars here in the Guides section, most recent ones specify if it was played on Ice & Blood and CM Patch I will do myself a guide of TG (3 aspects build) as soon as I reach level 75 (im 67 now), I recommend you to play TG cause its very funny to play at high levels
  13. so can you tell us Hooyaah what are those nice drops? now I am curious about this aswell
  14. I never played on console but there were important changes from Ice & Blood onwards, I can recall now differences with rebalanced attributes, skills tree changes (not sure how many), deadlier DoT (specially on Niob), now possible to give orders to minions, deathblow no longer works on spells, also some ca were nerfed like disease or eternal fire, not to mention the huge amount of new items added by CM Patch and Ice and Blood so you will have more fun playing it now
  15. well im just telling what happens with my two builds stormite level 119 and delhpic 102 (now 103 xD) I have a complete guide of my single aspect delhpic build here: http://darkmatters.org/forums/index.php?/topic/22371-single-aspect-delphic-he-ice-blood-hc/ I chose magic staffs instead EP, and I was lucky enough to find two pieces of glimborins mutation set, one in orc cave (+100 runs) the other vs a Nameless Guardian btw two weeks ago I found my very 3rd mutation set item, I was playing a 3aspect melee TG (level 61) and a temple guardian champ generated in the spawner dropped draco's mutation gloves, enough reason to play again with DM
  16. I have a 119stormite HE equiped with arnum's pathfinder(legendary bow) and adorments of ancestors set socketed to increase chance to hit etc, but problem is the low base attack value, only 341, it was almost impossible to hit a boss with magic coup when my chance to hit is only 9% and I increase this chance with (oce coce or attack value%) via sockets, it will just raise to 40% which is still pretty low my 119he has only 341 attack with chance to hit 9% and magic coup 75,5, I land a sucessful hit every 5-8 shots my 59 polearm seraphim has 1403 attack value and 101% chance to hit so I suggest you to pick ranged weapons as skill (not only to increase attack value, also attack speed) and target focus mod for magic coup I am playing a delphic he (102) with magic staves skill, attack value 1189 and magic coup 65, and I miss very few hits even against bosses
  17. I think thats not the correct way to install a game, installer script may do something else than just extracting the files into a folder, you should install properly the game in an older win version or pc, then simply copy the Sacred 2 Gold Edition folder to your Win10 desktop, sacred2.exe is inside system dir You can also run the game under windows compatibility mode on Properties I forgot to say that in order to run this game you need at least Visual C++ 2008/2011/2013 (I dont remember the version) and DirectX 9 or higher
  18. Hi, were you able to install other games on your win10? have you installed all libraries/drivers to run games properly? if you problem is only the installation process you can simply install the game onto a win7 or pc in which worked fine, then copy the whole game folder with an usb and paste back to your win10, I do this instead of installing everything again everytime I reset my HD
  19. All my shoppers are single player, I reached plat at level 75 and niob at level 95 with my Dragon Mage, level 100 niob with my HE, I have never raised a shopper in multiplayer, but I think there are level restrictions for each difficulty
  20. hi tasharil, all I am going to say comes of my own experience with shoppers, and maybe its not the only way to raise a shopper. The three different chars I raised as shoppers are High Elf, Temple Guardian and Dragon Mage, the best choices are the chars with bargaining as primary skill choice(HE, DM and Inquisitor), cause you need a strong char to reach niob the faster the better. I recommend to reach niob in single player at level 80, in multiplayer a bit higher, but once you reach niob you may stop leveling up with him/her, because bargaining is less efficient the higher your level becomes, I ve downloaded a lvl200 shopper with 630 bargaining and he barely sees anymore a yellow item in merchants. So my recommendation is leaving your chopper at level 120 or 140 max, higher level means less yellow items, but your shopper will be able to support chars up to level 160, which is not bad. I have to say that bargaining becomes a tiresome routine at higher levels, you will need to spend much more time to get nice jewelry or items, so to make it more efficient I recommend you to use, if possible, a different shopper for each class, simply because 70% of all the stuff offered in merchants belong to the shopper's class. About your questions: 1. It depends what you are looking for, I always recommend +skills and +ca in the same amulet or +skills-+aspect if you are playing a single aspect, if you are lucky enough you will find amulets with the same bonus twice that means at level 25 you may find an amulet with +2 all skills or +8 at level 85, but there is also a very small chance to find amulet with +all skills and +bargaining or +all skills and +general skills, these are the best stuff you can find for your shopper gear 2. Best options are in general mutation sets, Velaria's Garment, Halgrim's Legs, chestplate and shoulders of Lumen's Servants, if you are lucky enough to see a helmet/belt with +bargaining and +general skills one of them twice that is the best option for it, better than any other set item in general, for dragon mage I recommend 3 set items of same aspect set, you can go with 6 so you have +all skills first bonus twice and halgrim's legs gives you a decent amount of +all skills. About relics, best option is having a low level char in niob, not a shopper, to buy relics for you shooper still in gold or plat. Dual wielding two Officer saber or with Kufferath Defender is no doubt the best option. You will need of course a smither to support your shopper foring all items with amulets, if you can have 22 or 23 sockets forged with amulets with double bargaining and/or double +all skills then your bargaining level will be easily 3 times your char's level. 3. Best place for shopping in my opinion is in Thylisium at the entrance of the Inquisition Temple, there you have a merchant and a runemaster next to the entrance to the sewers, use it to reset merchant, its faster than teleporting with portals 4. Best shopper in my opinion is Dragon Mage due his set bonus, but Seraphim and TG are also good options because they got more armor pieces than others. Forgot to say that you need a ratio 3:1 at level 85 and 4-5:1 at level 110 (bargaining:char level) not only to get decent stuff from merchants but also to see less white and more yellow items. Otherwise if you cant have a nice gear your shopper will be useless before level 120, so I recommend updating gear each 5 level if possible to not decrease your ratio too much
  21. I may upload it to MEGA tomorrow, but I dont see the problem in downloading files with <300KB/s
  22. I&B together with CM Patch makes the game more challenging than vanilla, there are many changes and I think you can see all of them in the wiki. You say you want to reach niob with all chars, that will take you a lot of time, my suggestion is you take a deep look through the wiki, specially in Combat Arts section and make new builds on your own without guides If you make it to niobium you can share here with us your sucessful build, and maybe we can see a new different way of playing
  23. you are right about the wiki info on Warding Energy Lore, but I just think the info is a bit tricky because it says WEL does not affect(visually) the parameter of Energy Shields, but in fact it increases the damage absorption value, just its not displayed, I think none of the skills show effects on Sigma Other skills, e.g Spell Resistance, don't have a visual effect in game either, they are working but you cant just see any effects or changes, that should be fixed in my opinion
