wolfie2kX 528
40! At which Element does Gahanka laugh in your face if you try and use it on him gogo That'll be "What is Fire?" Alex. I'll take Quests for 400... Whoops.. Wrong game. OK.. So.. There are 2 pairs of quests in Sloeford proper that take you to the same place. An example: there's the quest for the Four Yellow Feet and the 2nd quest for Chuck Latbar (CM Patch added quest chain called The Farm Owner) Both send you to the same field west of Happy Cow Farm. Name any pair - These two pairs however, are in the original game... Link to comment
essjayehm 58
Ugh. Memory fading, I can remember the locations, and one of the quests that take you there, but not the second one Tutorial Blacksmith and the 2nd or 3rd part of the quest-chain that starts with "kill 5 bandits" near the Elf/SW/Seraphim starting locations. The cave is directly west of Sloeford down the dirt path. The Tutorial Hirelings quest and another quest (which is started just outside the cave you go to in the Hirelings quest) end up in the cave along the shoreline south-west of Sloeford. This one I remember as it was my first one-shot death experience, as I have gotten blasted by the cannon in that cave Link to comment

That's one of the two - the other two is called Muggers - which starts outside the pub in Sloeford and the other is the one where you have to rescue the missing solidiers. Both lead to a camp northwest of Sloeford - near a bridge. You have to kill the 10 baddies, then free the soldiers while you grab the loot. Link to comment
Flix 5,116
There's more than just those two pairs of quests. What about the Blacksmith's apprentice who sends you after his master's "stolen" gear (that he actually sold). He sends you to the same cave where you have to look for a missing guard patrol (who died there). And geez....that's just the in the starting village. Quests overlap in locations massively. I'm physically incapable of playing through the game without doing every quest, so after a while you know the most efficient order to minimize backtracking. ......the challenge of the trivia is a lot greater now with no SacredWiki to consult. wolfie2kX 528
The Blacksmith's Apprentice - Michael - IS the Tutorial Blacksmith quest he mentioned.. And the other quest given by the guard is IIRC called The Missing Patrol. And yes, Sloeford is the starting village... It's all good. BTW.. I played through that scenario earlier today - which is how I came up with the question. And I know what you mean by having issues doing the game without doing all of the quests. I had to really struggle to NOT do some on my last run with my Dragon Mage. It is possible - if you are going after that one achievement that has you completing your quests with less than 20% of the map showing. You just have to discipline yourself to focus on main quests and such... Link to comment
essjayehm 58
Question: In Sacred 1/Underworld, how many Combat Arts can you put in a combo if your character does not have the Concentration skill. <cue Jeopardy music> Link to comment
wolfie2kX 528
What is 4...? Bet: All in You pay the Combo Master to do it for you. You can't put combos together yourself otherwise. Trick question. Also depends on your available Gold. Link to comment

Little Faith 24
OK.. Torfingen - it's a city/town in Sacred 1. What is the alternate name in the US/UK version? High Marsh. An in-game character dialogue incorrectly refers to the town's German-version name in the English version of the game. Link to comment
