  1. should be either sidenoted or otherwise put in a remark that you can also turn of the starting skills and select 2 skills yourself at the beginning of the game. Maybe an extra section about the settings.cfg file:) Good catch there Dredd. That page is unprotected, anyone should be able to edit it if they're logged in. Please msn me if you're having problems with this. Add the content you want on that page or make a new one as you see fit, though isn't what you wanted to add already there? "The table below delineates the normal skill availability for all character classes. If you have edited your Configuration File entry for Default Skills, then at level one, you will be able to select any two from the first nine skills listed. (The two bolded here are actually new pages...is that the info you were talking about on the wiki?" Cheers gogo
  2. awww...ya didn't like the first pic of mustard huh? gogo
  3. A brand Spankin new Niob Dwarf is born...Congratz to you Enci! Through rain and lag, you still made it... Good job! gogo

  7. Epox, superb job. lol, I woke up this morning to this...your name plastered all over the recent changes page: Okay and the last two days were my days off for me...so I tried to really make it count...here's a running list of what was added to the wiki with you guys: 1-New Skin and functionalities on SacredWiki Main Page (Discussion thread for this new page here: http://darkmatters.org/forums/index.php?sh...ic=6218&hl= ) 2-New Interface page has been added...this is a page explaining how the Sacred game interface works, and the baseline for this was created from the Sacred Gold Online Manual. I see the baseline as a beginner sort of thingy, so if you have more comments you'd like to add to this, please go ahead...this is an example of how it looks so far: 3-With Nightwolfe's unique pictures contribution and with us inputting the massive number of pictures, the uniquiary is slowly getting there, and now when you press View All you get a running list of all Uniques for any particular Class! 4-New SacredWiki Index page colors and headers This is an area of primary importance in the wiki as it's probably the most viewed page to get to info. Brad has redone the box colors and added new code for the headers. He's really thinking outside of the box here and is hoping that everytime we insert a level two header his new and unique code for headers will automatically put in a graphical template with the headers name inside it! 5-llama has worked on the patches and expansion for the wiki and it's looking good so far: The links to all the game's downloads is on that page..and it's a nightmare to work with arggggggggghhhh...llama, hopefully you can check the links and see if what I did was okay for your patches explanation? And that's that.. the wiki is getting along nicely and just working with you guys on a project at once is an incredible feeling. Sentence by sentence...when everyone has some time is the way wiki's are built...and this one's gonna be good! gogo
  8. Hey guys! One of the new things that went up over the last two days was a reconceptualizing of the wiki's main page...this is what it looks like so far at http://www.sacredwiki.org As you can see, three new functionalities have been added: 1-SacrdWiki News 2-SacredWiki Featured Article 3-Did You Know? The coding for those articles makes them live...and with some new code we've found that you guys can see, the front page now will "call" articles to it that are submitted in the wiki. The News, "calls" from a new page upon which anyone can submit articles for the Sacred Wiki news, and from there they can be added to the front page. The Featured Article can be a choice of an article that is in the Wiki (not player submitted guide) as a way of inspiring a higher level of article contribution to the wiki itself. Perhaps this can be agreed upon once monthly by a kind of vote? I'll research how other wiki's do this and can get back to you guys on this. The new Did You Know part of the main page is the most delightful IMO...it's just a series of facts....cool, fun and truthful, that is "called" from a wiki page upon which the facts have been set up. I'm thinking we can put a few more in here, so if you guys have ideas, please just post em. Brad's not so happy with the background color of the main, and so he's still hunting, and we'll probably make the portrait pics at the top smaller and/or switch em out for an intro or something else like that to SacredWiki. Comments and/or suggestions on the new mainpage so far? Anything you'd like to see...something there that you think could be improved? Post em! gogo
  9. I'll take it...pming you ingame now gogo
  10. Yeah, we don't see this often here huh? I've got metal to trade if youre interested. gogo
  11. ahh, then Alepho you know what I mean. I'm lucky though because the way my scheduelle runs I can always count on getting two days off in a row, and so far it's always been the same ones. I could ask for weekends off, but I'd only get them every second or third week, and I'd have to put up with a single day off in between the times I don't get the days off. Sounds complicated...hell yeah! gogo
  12. The sneaky dude...so THAT'S where he's been LOL! Okay heading in...a good way to finish off the rest of the Sangria and celebrate my Sunday. g0go
  13. Hey guys, I don't know if this is up on the net anywhere, but I thought it would be kinda cool if we could collect everything that the characters in Sacred Say either while they're standing still (oooh, some nasty ones there ^^) Or during specific actions in the game. This has always been one of the great "cool" things in the game, with an almost strangely old-school arcade game feel to it. If you have lines from your toons, please list em here...just leave your game on for a few hours and see what he or she spits out...who knows...maybe there's still a few surprises left in this game? Have fun. And drink Sangria while you do it. gogo
  14. Good god, Rotluchs...I just read this...Are things going better for you regarding this? You're a huge poster all over the net...I really hope you get this figgered out quick...I know if it was me I'd be goin bonker gogo
  15. The sound of my computer fan whirring...sorry no lyrics gogo p.s. no, but seriously...it's the chill station from di.fm yay...they're still up!
  16. Looking forward to it Epox. And especially looking forward to what you name it this time gogo
  17. lol, blade...grrrrrrrrrrrr...though I must say I don't often like cracking jokes here since there are so many others who are way better at it than me...but it did feel good getting to say something at least lukewarm funny here for once. (hopes it was at least luke warm funny ) I'm not a fan of the officers thingy...but you gotta say guys...don't the ads look great? Maybe I'll post a collection of em up here if I have some time. gogo
  18. Awww, Seductive, noooooo... run away! And it's my Sunday tonight...drinkin Sangria and eatin Nacho Chips..got plenty more if you guys want some. gogo
  19. A navbar with Tar Ahil Tar stylin..the only one on the net gogo p.s. and to members of the SacredWiki Team who still have the old monoblock going because of your early registration before this skin went up, you can easily switch to the new SacredWiki skin by clicking on My Preferences up at your top then choosing Ahil-Tar for your skin.
  20. Ganto, welcome to the Bar! I see you're surrounded by folks...lemme just pull up a chair and listen to the stories...oh...and I'll have some of that laphraoig if there's any left... @ Undone gogo
  21. Hey guys! I've just transfered all the silly messages we found into it's new home on SacredWiki: http://darkmatters.org/SacredWiki/index.ph...Ingame_Messages I've left that index with just one line of text so that it reads fast as a list, but...each silly message drops down into it's own page on the wiki. If any of you guys wanted to add cool commentary or where the line is from or anything that you think would give readers a more fun read, you can add it right into specifici Silly Message page for that particular message. Have fun! gogo
  22. hey guys! Brad's just edited some of the code... the new skin is set as default, but you'll each have to individually go to My Preferences...and choose the skin called: Ahil Tar Also, llama, are you still using old school explorer? Try it in firefox if you can just to see if it's a browser problem...media wiki supports ie seven and firefox.. and all other browsers EXCEPT for IE 6. Thanks! gogo
