  1. are the clouds supposed to be staying in place when the forum scrolls up and down? Because if that isn't the case. I don't think the skin is working .
  2. I've spent searching everywhere (yes, even used the search function built in with windows) to find anything like it... Only options file I have regarding ascaron or sacred 2 is called: OptionsDefault.txt that's really the only one out there with me
  3. yes it has sense. The values on those stats might change, but the actual stats dont. If I am looking for a weapon to boost my demonic blow skill, and I find a level 25 weapon with demonic blow +2 on that list, I know it'll be worth looking after in the higher levels. The actual modifiers are static, just the values that change. Besides, IIRC the highest level pic we have of each unique is used, so in term we'll have a full level 200uniques list... Just takes a huge while
  4. @ gogo; I would if I could draw. @ Schot: don't count on it hahah
  5. what's your name, or what sever are you in. I'll drop by
  6. Awesome guide gogo! very thorough, and even with links to wiki pages and everything. Perhaps allso on the SIF Keep it up ~ prom
  7. Glad to see someone likes em. I admit, it's a slow process, and I might work faster then I am now, but this way I'll keep up, and I won't let the quality go down for the cost of speed . Especially the main storylines might take a while. took me about a week to do both wihtout screenshotting and writing every act up, so I assume another week is needed to write and screenshot just 1 campaign. After that special mounts is up for duty, and then I'll work on the dark campaign. But I don't feel like starting a new char yet, so that one might take a bit (few weeks tops before it's up and running?). Assuming no-one else beats me to the punch
  8. you'll find me on these servers allmost every day (exept wednesday and thursday, only times I have to be at college) from 12pm - 1/2 am gmt or so (offcourse, in between those hours, not per se 12 hours non stop.) for you schot that's about 6hours later. So it's 6 am to 20 pm, assuming you live in the same timezone as gogo, being his roommate
  9. Hadn't noticed yet you were new to the forums. Welcome to the house of fun and madness
  10. The first 3 quests in the 'Light storyline campaign' are added. More quests will follow in the next few days. I hope (and kinda expect) the unique mounts quest to be written up somewhere at the end of this week, or in the next week too, for those that are anxious to find out. Grtz, prom ps : Chapter 1 Levied Tax Beyond the wall Chapter 2 Through the wall
  11. Contratulations. you gaigned a level Decided yet what skill you're gonna pick ? Grtz, prom
  12. Well 5% is worth the effort. Being a huge vitality buffer, I tend to just stay put when my skill is recharging for a few seconds. Getting 5% less chance to hit, might be worth putting that shift button down for those few seconds. 5% is a few punches in a mob when you are ganging em up. where did you get those numbers and formula's though
  13. Quite the guide and walkthrough you got there Taiko. KUDOS . I'm working on my SW right now, and probably gonna do a writeup on that one too, if it manages to live past level 100 or so (right now it looks like it will). Once that is done, I might give this build a try Thanks for the guide. ~ prom
  14. I went on another try from 173 to 211. That's a 38 increase. 20% of 173 = 34.6. It's a tad more then 20%, and you can hardly blame round numbers for this... Perhaps it's not 20. However it's about 22.5% of 173, and this was done in silver. Perhaps it increases by difficulty from 20-22.5-25-... % just a theory though. Any1 got a char in gold yet to try it out? any other types of chars perhaps. Maybe the bonus depends on your character type aswell
  15. A perfect cirlcle - Pet Seemed appropriate with the upcoming US elections
  16. It would make your world rock with the testa's weapon I gave ya. But I assume it is like Llama8 says. It would seem unlogical if it doesn't stack that way.
  17. Perhaps it works with a certain %, rather then just 35 as a number ;-). other then that, holding shift, and clicking in a random place makes my character 'walk', rather then run. But I didn't notice any increase in defence.
  18. Hi Xodusness !. Good to see you dropped by our forums . I'm sure we'll see eachother around the HC closed too ;-). Do a search for [D.a.r.k] when in the lobby, and there is a little list of names bound to be showing up (even though search usually takes some time). Add those to friends and you won't know who to play with first ;-). So again, welcome to our forums ~ prom
  19. When just randomly running around the place, doing everything and nothing, I stumbled on what I call the 'shift-block'. If you hold shift, and hold your mouse button between your own feet (more or less, keeping your left mouse button in), you will take up a defensive stance. This really does improve your defencive values, and is therefor not just graphically a blocking stance. first: normal stance Then, holding the left mouse button + shift, while pointing at your own feet ps: sorry for quality, they are fairly big pics, so had them loose some quality for uploading's sake
  20. Scorpions - Still loving you Kings of Leon - I want you
  21. News had spread to the seraphim island. One of the creator's direct descendants, slain by one of the undead. A seraphim had been selected, with the sole purpose of finding, and destroying this undead creature, to make sure he could no longer befoul this glorious, pure race. After a few days of travelling across the world, and using the scent her Tiger picked up, the undead was located, and destroyed from point-blanc range. Only after it got a few seconds, to realise just how bad it messed up. RIP: Jedi seraphim One of the villagers nearby offered us new information. Aparently, after Jedi seraphim had died, a Dryad gave the ultimate prize in trying to take revenge on the undead. The creature, obviously on some sort of T-energy enhancer, was unfortunately still capable of destroying a hunter of the ancient forests. The location of this brave ranger has been sought out, and flowers, made of pure T-energy, have been placed on her grave.
  22. from what I think it works like is the following (and this is how some1 in the HC servers explained to me, he was level 52 or so, and he said he figured out a lot of the mods. In a way it made sense what he said). the skill states you do 12.5% extra damage, and say 'hypothetically' you would do 100 dmg on a normal hit. When enranged, you would do 100 damage on yer first hit, then 112.5 damage on your second hit, 126.563 on your third and so forth so forth An item which would give +10% damage to enraged players, would make you do 10% extra damage, on each individual hit. in other words: first hit = 110 damage, second hit is 112.5+[(1/10)*112.5], the third hit would be (126.563)+[10%of 126.563)] so your hits would be: First= 110 second = 123.75 third = 139.219 now again I say: this is how someone explained it to me, and to be honest it seems rather logical when you put it togheter. However I have not been able to verify this yet, or get confirmation from another source. So I think it's safe to assume it works like this, but I wouldn't bet my head on it just yet. The one thing that strikes me ass possibly faulty though, is the fact that the additional 10% damage (from the item) is not carried through to the next hit. The actual hit damage, without 10% bonus, this way seems to be calculated on the base numbers from the enraged skill. After that, 10% is added to that damage, but it is not taken into account for the calculating of the next hit. ~ prom
  23. Blind Guardian - A past and future secret Korn ~ Blind
  24. The shadow warrior has a skill that makes him and his party enraged. Basically, for each previous hit, the next one does x% extra damage So if you hit a kobold for 100 dmg, and you are 10% enraged, the next hit will do 110 dmg, and the next one 121 and so forth ... at least that's how it has been explained to me, so I assume that is indeed how it works :-).
