Do it in excel if you have that? String comparisons and vlookup should do the trick and you can filter nice and easily with built in excel functionality.

To me it seems to be the worst on the really big threads (e.g. Related Word Game, several hundred pages), normal sized threads like this one I don't see as much lag time between clicking post and it refreshing (although I do still see some). Interestingly, edit post appears to work instantly...

I think I saw this happen when I logged in today. The latest post shown in the related word thread was Hooyahs, but when I opened it the latest post was Gogo's and it was made 4 hours before I logged in so wasn't made whilst I was browsing or anything...
