no screen or power save modes on my computers. They never have that much time to get in that mode while I am around Just kidding. I just lock the computer for my log-in and turn off the monitor when I am not around. I hate wasting energy.

by the way I never heard pc speakers catching radio signals or something but maybe the hand helds those construction workers using are some how catch by your speakers or you are going some web pages with ads with voice on them. So when ever you open it you hear the voices from those. Just check it, if the voices are coming only when you are on certain web pages or not. if the both options are fails, put a web camera on your pc to monitor Schot's movements

sorry to hear that erialc like Genenut mentioned, do they have a surveillance camera I for the parking lot. Talk with the store manager and find out before it is too late. They usually keep recordings certain amount of period and erase it over periodically (weekly or monthly).

When you go in to your bios you should be able to see your hdd. If you are not, turn-off your pc, unplug every possible cable and plug everything back. Hope there is something loose and it will be fix. If you can see your hdd in the bios but still asking for a system files, than you may need to re-install your operation system. Looks like somehow you corrupted system files.

I hate over clocking Please give more details on what did you change and how far you could see the posting screen If you hit the power button and everything seems to work in your computer but you can not get anything on your screen, than you need to reset your bios. Follow your mother board instructions and it should be fairly easy process. If you don't know your motherboard brand and etc. just remove the battery on the board, make sure power cable for the system is disconnected, wait quite a bit and than place the battery back and try to re-open. Hope it will set your factory defaults to your mobo. On new motherboards they usually come up with reset jumper, which makes the process much easier.
