There's a couple of jewelry I think that "detects" what aspects your toon is using and then becomes what you need.

Ahhhm, new one for me... interesting stats...high elf stuff for me is so cool and new:

 

Co'Nahn's Chestguard

 

The % intelligence boost on it combined with the multiple Combat Arts native to the chest is interesting... it has the potential of successfully raising damage because it's coming from attribute...and a percentage at that with the plus ca levels.

Unfortunately it was an amulet with +2 CA and +3 general skills at level 70s ish

Unfortunatelly, these wings are not droppable in 2.65.x / closed-net.

Are you sure woody? Those wings have been on the wiki since before the CM patch was ever mentioned over here at FDM.

They are un-droppable without some file tweaking, just as the Bergonix' jewelries and the rest of the rare set rings/amulets(Kira's/Bratgrimace's etc.)

 

Those wings on the Wiki was found in SP by wraithking in the 2.40 patch if I remember correctly.
