Popular Post Hooyaah 2,823
All I have done recently is add links the the downloads for the Officer's Saber and Sheild of Mirrors which I had recently uploaded. I wish that I had more time as their are quests still missing, especially in the swamp region. I'm really looking forward to obtaining your other High Elf sets, Daniat. They are indeed exciting to look at and imagine ones toon wearing them. I agree with Gogo, good job Daniat and xcessive for your hard work. Oh, and for players like me, I like your new Delphic Arcania High Elf build Daniat, but prefer to bulid it by using your pattern, rather than just downloading it already in a state of completion. Somehow, it is more fun that way. Good job on that as well. Huzzah! Anyone who would appreciate the help, I'm willing to correct the grammar and/or spelling in their new Wiki posts. Let me know and I will try to comply in a timely manner, as my schedule permits. 3 Link to comment
Popular Post Daniat 57
totally agree with you hooyah, thats why I still have not posted the other high elf sets, its more funny to get all the items one by one by your own rather than just download them, same applies to builds if you never tried one like that 2 Link to comment
Popular Post Flix 5,116
A few little additions to the Fallen Angel page last night. Under Game Concepts you can now find links to: NPC's - List of all the types of non-player characters you may interact with. Portals - Portals and mini-portals, how they work and where to find them. Ships - Your guide to fast travel over land and sea. Under Enemies, Lands, and Lore you can now find: Temple of the Gods - Find a moment to ask the blessings of the gods. Heraldry - Flags, banners, and insignia of all the races and factions. Art of Ancaria - A showcase of all the paintings, sculptures, and artwork created by Ancaria's denizens. Finally, under Game Features - Starting Up there is now a link to the new Diablo 2 Fallen wiki section It's not much to look at now, but someday soon I hope to have it fleshed out with just as much detailed info as the main Sacred 2 Wiki. 2 Link to comment
gogoblender 3,070
Thank you for the update Flix. The Wiki has a massive readership, even today... no better way to get this massive mod and it's tickings out to the world. great work! gogo 1 Link to comment
gogoblender 3,070
DevanT249Sacred2 had sent me a pm a few days ago asking for Wiki access, and has been adding some work to the Wiki. I'd forgotten that some of the pages were still missing those magical diablogue box templates that Schot had engineered and some of the them have come to life. http://www.sacredwiki.org/index.php/Sacred_2:The_Center_of_Power This is indeed one of the most beautiful Wiki's in the world. Again a big thanks to the very many (hundreds?) over the years who have contributed sweat and tears! gogo Link to comment

The most recently added unique weapons for download have, from even the lowest level offered in the chest file, Niob item modifiers! If anyone finds a weapon missing for download or missing a link to the download page, please notify me or our helpful and dedicated moderator, Flix. 2 Link to comment

I just posted on your other topic as well, it's an amazing accomplishment and one of the most rewarding accomplishments to achieve for the community I remember a while back having a discussion with Silver fox, and how kind of strange we all were the buttons appearing...how neat, cool, strange, cheatish we were all feeling, but at the same time, how thrilling, delighted, and happy that we were the first dbase in the world that was moving towards this kind of function... an encyclopaedia that materializes stuff for the fans... Star Trek's got nothing on us!! Thank you Hooyaah and Flix! gogo 2 Link to comment
Popular Post Flix 5,116
Starting today I will begin rotating fresh articles into the Featured Article section on the SacredWiki's front page (right side column). New articles will be featured on a weekly basis. Old featured articles will be archived on this page. I'll quote the criteria for a featured article: "Featured articles are what SacredWiki editors believe are some of the best articles here on the wiki. These are high quality articles that set the benchmark for contributions and are very often the work of many people working together effectively to produce outstanding content that is easily readable and has great reference value. They are reviewed and assessed for content, style, completeness, and overall quality." With those qualities in mind, the first new article I've decided to feature is Secondary Damage Effects. 2 Link to comment

This is outstanding Flix... well done I'm so pleased you have opted to use this feature of the Wiki...I'd completely forgotten about this gem from so many years ago... a terrific platform to showcase all the hard work that's gone into the mod and show the globe where you and and your colleague modders have taken this game today. Sacred 2 2016 Redux Diablo Style... Bravo Friend! Thanks. I'll probably stick with the mainstream vanilla Sacred 2 content for the Featured Articles section, such as Secondary Damage Effects. At least for a while. The idea being that the section has essentially never been used and there is lots of good content on the Wiki that's not necessarily right on the surface. Articles like that would be useful for any gameplay, with or without mods. I do plan to plaster the front page with more upfront content about the D2F mod, probably in the news section. Bump the Sacred 3 vids on the down the pipe and wash the taste out of our mouths. 1 Link to comment

Popular Post Flix 5,116
When the Community Items Mod was integrated in the Community Patch a couple years ago, lots of new sets were added to the game. So I've been chipping away at the red links on the Community Patch Sets page on the Wiki. Latest additions: Crypt Raider's Artifacts Disciples of the Architect All the stats, lore, and pictures are on the pages, plus the Download buttons for the sets. New Year's resolution to finish them all. 3 Link to comment

I was just actually thinking about how fast the years have gone by ever since you starting helming the project. I was just looking at the pages Flix, I think sets have always been a part of the huge draw of goodies in this game, and these extra warez make the rewards rewarding (when they drop! ) Thanks for locomotivating all this content up, right during the holidays too! gogo 1 Link to comment
Popular Post Daniat 57
Impressive work Flix, you managed to complete the all-class sets both in-game and on the wiki, I am also amazed that you could get all the Dragon Mage CM Patch sets, even Chaoskampf I really wish I could play Sacred more actively to finally complete the HE sets that are not on the wiki yet, Frozen Gems is a really odd one to see, and Mage of Spectrum is also hard to find, but I just need the boots to complete this one, which is my fav so far 3 Link to comment

Shadow Warrior: Doom Guard Armor Seraphim: Genesis Siderea Impressions of Sophia Inquisitor: Disgraced Gods The Judicator Up early this morning doing some work online...and have just fallen into doing some reading of these set pages while drinking up some coffee ad enjoying last day of weekend. Have to say to anyone out there reading this, probably one of the most enjoyable parts of Set pages besides the tables listing all the superpowers and blingy pix is the part of page called " About the Sets" ...I've always found that this kind of critique info, what stuff looks, feels and acts like is rare, mostly because it's facts laid out for enjoyment and to get a preview of what the point of using the set will accomplish...these are great reads. gogo 1 Link to comment

That's my favorite part of writing these pages. The rest is just mechanical recording. Plus since I was involved in the creation of most of these sets it's nice to share insight into how and why these sets are the way they are. There's room for even more contributions from other players. There's a "Recommended Pieces" section on each set page where editors can talk about which set pieces are the best and why. Popular Post Hooyaah 2,823
It is of great benefit and convenience to have these rare set items available for download as is having all of the information about them at one's disposal. Being able to view the appearance of the armor as it worn by the player character in the game is nothing less than magnificent. The Doom Guard Armor is (in my humble opinion) the most "wicked looking" armor set in the game. Thank you Flix for all of your hard work! 2 Link to comment
Popular Post Flix 5,116
The final batch of CM sets are finished! Popular Post Flix 5,116
I'm continuing the Item Database Rejuvenation Project that Silver Fox and I started 2 years ago. Since then we've renewed all unique and legendary item pages on the Wiki. They look detailed and shiny and better then ever. So now I'm extending the project to the set item pages. CM Sets are all in good shape since they're much more recent. But some of the older vanilla sets look a little ragged. Some are missing their item modifiers and other specs, some are missing pictures, and some just have really bad pics. Here are some before/after pics of the updates: Dragon Mage and Dryad are done. High Elf is almost done. While I'm stopping by the pages I'm also correcting any red links, filling in info, normalzing the format, and adding in-game pictures if needed. For example Ashes of Perdition now has a picture of the set in-game: All the other characters will get the same treatment in the coming weeks hopefully. 3 Link to comment
