HI,
I am also encountering the bug where no set items drop at all. I have 3 set items and they are all rewards for quests. All 3 however are the same item "Niokaste's Wings". Unique items also have the tendency to repeat.

I know the bug is reported a long time ago, but it really annoys me so I can go try to fix it myself. I would appreciate some advice where to start looking as a lot of things regarding drops seem to have changed and I have a hard time figuring out what was altered and where.

Hello, it's a bug? 

1) 'Primal Mutation'(now called 'T-Energy Exposure') does incorrect damage. Significant difference between description and reality.

2) Dedicated Blow, Battle Extension - no longer give passive attack and double strike bonuses?
