It wasn't working on any of my browsers on my main computer, but was working on my 2nd (and 3rd) machines without any problems. Must have just been taking it's time to get there, or I opened it too quickly and it cached without, seems fine now

The problem with mitigation, is if you don't have a lot of it, it's a waste. I would suggest going Holy Protection until you find more stuff with mitigation and/or more bits of the Celestial set. Not only does the Holy Protection have a heap more armor, it has CTFV and an extra socket.

It could just be me, but what's the fun in running around opening chests? Are there substantial drop rate for chests? Why stop at 75 (diminishing returns after mastery)? Other than the seraphim caves, what are areas with a high density of chests?

I killed the Colossus just yesterday in Silver with my high elf at level 30ish. I stood on the bridge above him and pounded him with meteors. Be careful of his rock shower attack though.

I agree with r00. Considering the number of finds with toons that don't have EP, or only have low EP, it would be fair to say that it is not necessary to have it. Unlike bargaining where almost everything in shops is useless unless you have the skill. EP simply increases your chances of finding the good stuff. That said, if you can get it to 3x your character level, you should be swimming in good drops.
