dom dom dom dom... Apple Jacks! You can't get these things here in Montreal...god knows I've tried. Everytime I go to the states to visit my parents, they always settle a nice box of apple jacks into my bag ^^ And before that it was something called Cookie Crisp. I swear these things taste exactly like...cookies! When were were even littler, we'd holler and hoot before barreling into the Pyramid Mall to grab each a box of this stuff which would have that laughing wizard pasted on it's outside. Just saw the movie and I think it's awesome. Will Smith is pretty intense (hey when isn't he) and he's so focused I loved all of the setup for this movie. The empty new york, the deer, the sound and/or lack of sound. The breathing, the waiting, the clicking of his gun when he's sighting, the terror you feel for him as his dog runs into the building, that first shot of them just..huddling and hiving ... the SPEED at which they move at, their filmed agility, the editing (pure joy for me that was...man, I'm so into editing these days). And...I just loved that ending scene where that thing is ramming over and over again into the glass. I have now replayed that scene about forty times. Did you guys see the number of detailed expressions that are raging through the zombie's face? It scared, delighted and terrified me all at once. On that whole epiphany thing, lol, well...I didn't pay much attention to that. I just couldn't get enough of watching that thing bonking itself against the glass with Smith just knowing it's gonna be break and then it'll be all over for him. Did I say I liked this movie? gogo

Kind of reminds me of the mix of super sorcery technology that hellgate was done with. And did you guys check out the Combat Arts tree? Deliciously complex gogo

I didn't know anyone had ever actually eaten chitlins... I just assumed the smell killed whoever came into a chernobyl-like radius of the preparation area... as for the rams head... how are you supposed to eat that? do they give you a machete and are like "dig in!"... it doesnt look too bad... also, I often eat shark, shark scallops, shark fin, that kinda stuff. the only seafood I like, besides shrimp. it's good. BUT, my friend made the mistake of not immediately decapitating his catch, and the shark peed... RUINED the meat. RUINED it. worst shark I've ever had. good eats though normally. -Total heh, actually sounds quite toxic. And...I still haven't seen a pic of it yet gogo

Guys I haven't really been up on hdvd and blu ray... can you tell me what kind of comp is needed to play these kinds of media? Or is it only an "official" player that can do it? gogo

I'm quite impressed with how the game's shaping up, because some of the lighting and concepts was still so early...but this new batch has firmly cemented in place for me Sacred 2's place as one of the most important releases this coming year. A great find and I was able to get some pics hosted from the link you posted here for everyone to feast upon: The history of the mysterious T-energy makes you curious. The scenario was well chosen. All 94 Ascaron employees are working on Sacred 2 to release it in a fantastic state Sacred 2 should be suited for the mass-market. The gameplay tries to be the border between accesibility and complexity The extensive mainquest drives the player through 180 quests. Also playing for a second time will be rewarding. The new 3D-gameworld has been beautifully created. The engine unfortunately cannot create a high range of vision. (similar to oblivion`s grass/land popping up) We have convinced ourselves: With Sacred 2 Ascaron has an amazing game. gogo Big thanks to 501105 who has translated the German text for us into English!

The interesting thing though is that lately I've been pro-rata-ing dollar per gig comparing what I have to pay the isp for each gig over the limit to plain out renting something these days. Ever since unlimited downloads isn't oferred here for a cheap rate anymore, it's coming to about 1.50 a movie via download cost per kbs.... gogo

I think the jury's still kinda out on this one, but I think masteff has compiled data on what the mod does. It will supposedly replicate the effect of that undead pot that none of us use in HC because the undead stay dead. Using this mod can perhaps help in sp? gogo

Sword of Truth series was excellent. Another great read with some fresh twists off of the main fantasy road. Very recommended, with the requisite goofy but sometimes nigh/powerful wizard and no holds barred prose that will sink you in deep into the action. gogo

Saw it. hmmm, some pretty cool effects, the rocket launchers mounted on dinosaurs....awesome... Editing stunk though, omg, lol...I mean you could really notice it I've been seeing a good bit of movies like this lately with some awesome imagination all brought to life, but with editing...something a very talented director offers...missing? I'd curious to see what wins out...downloads or renting the stuff at the store. Lately bandwidth costs are becoming more and more of an issue, and there is a store near me that charges about 12 bux a month for unlimimited dvd viewings...trick is you only get to pull out one from the store at a time. The costs are actually sort of comparable for a fast download speed like mine ^^ gogo
