PowerPyxel 33 Posted June 27, 2007 Share Posted June 27, 2007 needs 400 - 600 g of spare ribs (best to buy it at a butcher) 2 chili 6 pieces of garlic 3 spoons of canola oil some salt some pepper slices of the shell of a lime slices of the shell of a orange honey juice of a lime 2 spoons red sweet paprika powder ---- slice the chili, swatt the garlic put both into a ... hm .. german to english is mortar -- or receptacle ? .... mash it with the oil, salt, pepper, the lime and orange shell slices, the red paprika and the juice of the lime.. mix it good up! take a casserole where you can put in the ribs. put the mix onto the ribs and rub it in. let it sit for about 4 hours. after that put it in the oven (180° celsius) for about 45 min. after that take it out, put a lot of honey over it. THEN! put some Aluminium foil over the ribs and put it back in the oven (150° celsius) for about 15 min. finished Cheers! Pyx Link to comment
