A dish I made the other night. I forgot to take pictures, Ill have to make it again soon to post them

32 OZ. Alfredo sauce

1 lb Stew Beef

1/2 lb Pasta (your favorite type, mine is the spiral noodles :D )

1 Tbsp butter

1/8 tsp garlic powder

1/2 medium chopped onion

1/4 cup chopped scallions (green onions)

4 medium sliced mushrooms

Parmesan cheese

Salt

Pepper

Begin cooking the pasta with oil and salt.

sauté onion and mushrooms in a small skillet with butter.

Add sauce, garlic, onion, scallions and mushrooms into a medium sauce pan over medium heat.

Slice the stew beef into 1 inch wide strips and brown and drain grease.

Add the beef to the sauce and simmer for low-med heat.

Drain pasta and serve with sauce, add 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese per serving and add salt and pepper to taste.

(Serves 2, or 1 in my case)

That does sound interesting I will difinatly try it just don't tell gogo he thinks I only cook exotic and complicated stuff and well and strange sometimes too. But he lives to far away from me to be knocking on the door anyways. ( looking over shoulder) as my common baby back ribs and corn are ready to come off the bbq jt0323.gif
