Alfredo sauce 1 lb Stew Beef 1/2 lb Pasta (your favorite type, mine is the spiral noodles ) 1 Tbsp butter 1/8 tsp garlic powder 1/2 medium chopped onion 1/4 cup chopped scallions (green onions) 4 medium sliced mushrooms Parmesan cheese Salt Pepper Begin cooking the pasta with oil and salt. sauté onion and mushrooms in a small skillet with butter. Add sauce, garlic, onion, scallions and mushrooms into a medium sauce pan over medium heat. Slice the stew beef into 1 inch wide strips and brown and drain grease. Add the beef to the sauce and simmer for low-med heat. Drain pasta and serve with sauce, add 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese per serving and add salt and pepper to taste. But he lives to far away from me to be knocking on the door anyways. ( looking over shoulder) as my common baby back ribs and corn are ready to come off the bbq Link to comment
