    Hello community! I heard several times already that S1 is better than Sacred 2. How is that? Quests are quite simple, gameworld is large but not very creative.... the reason must lie somewhere else. Any ideas?

    I know the Van Helsing anime, but I always had some trouble to find my way in. Extreme gore, blood, limb chopping and stuff is not my cup of tea any more. Too old. What I am missing are villains with charisma, a background maybe. Became very rare in movies of the past years. Stephen Rae as Santiago from Interview with the Vampire is my favorite villain. He has got only little screentime but he uses every single second. Extremely good acting.

    Speaking of Vampire animes, so I would like to add Vampire Hunter D to the list. There are two animes, one from 1985, enjoyable despite its age and a new version, which is not bad so to say. Youtube dont seem to like US-EN versions, there is an upload left, but it is age restricted. Usually you would need an account on YT, but a simple link seems to circumvent the lock. Hehe. Here is the version from 1985. A single run is ok I guess. Last, but not least Bram Strokers Dracula fom 1992.

    Thank you MetaL. The smaller the icons, the peskier they are. It took a while until I have found something useful. Besides, the whole GUI I am working on is an enhancement which is designed to blend with the code modification of your team. Since I dont want push other modders work aside, I stay away from certain things like character skins for example. In that way, everyone gets a piece of the cake.

    Speaking of the box shoved above, the idea might be good, but since we have dozens of aid organisations in Germany and all of them are rivals, hey it is about money, the idea wont spread. Because they watch each other jealously. IF the idea gets adapted, then only if the box carries the colors of the own team. I know a guy who is a volunteer Firefighter and in the trunk of his car is a 5 litre oxygen bottle in an extra ergonomic handbag, including a backpack full of medical stuff. Lately he got himself a box of drugs from the parameds. Everything self bought, monthly enhancemend guaranteed. He bought own boots, throwsers, jacked, belt, t-shirt, helmet, everything top of the line and inflammable, owns an automated scanner which intercepts and records radio transmissions from the authority frequences. I guess the difference is that some FFs havent seen much real action in the FF life, so buying the latest gear, showing it around, makes them feel good and important.

    The idea isnt bad but the market gets flooded daily with tons of -useful- stuff. It leads often to the fact that parameds or firefighters own and carry kilograms of self bought gear to the place where the incident has occurred. If we break things down, the industry has spotted some new customers and sells the latest cr!p to them.

    Hello Jayce! I tried to locate the old forum of Darkbloods, the guys that extracted the toolset from the game. Could not find it. It was a walking dead since years I guess. However, I remember that the team found the toolset inside Sacreds .exe, extracted it and made some changes to the game like placing stuff and such things. Maybe you want to look into it. zerisius is a member here, uploaded the toolset too, but something went wrong. Maybe because the file was an exe. Well, maybe he will answer you if you contact him.

You must know I got myself Esal Hylef, Ulukais Mask and Jagged Sword of Embers lately. Well, what are you working on? EDIT /Stupid post here. I was a bit too exited about the the version and started playing immediately. Didnt check the readme. Look it over.

    Hello Jayce! Yes, it is never too late to say hello. I am glad that more users raise their voice after the forum bloomed a bit more. Thats nice. Speaking of maps, there is a guy who has access to the Toolset. Zerisius. I wrote him a PM, he did not respond unfortunately. Long time ago he was member of a modding team that tried to do some changes to S1, using the toolset. I suppose the whole thing is in German, it might be difficult to handle it if you arent a fluent German speaker. The possibility to add new maps or at least placeables to the game would be great. I will see if I can find out a bit more about it. Stay tuned, I will keep you up to date. Btw, its your life, you decide on your own, but I recommend to stay Miles away from equatorial areas. Southeast Asia is getting battered by a multi-resistant Malaria, origin is Vietnam most likely, and Africa is full of nasty diseases that make the hairs on your arm stand up. Oh, and good knowledge of French language, btw.

    Relax, you missed nothing. The sword you can get is, as many many other uniqes, a pile of junk. With a good magic find, the zombies of the Diablo village should drop it sooner or later. It is not worth the effort if you ask me.

    I can spend hours watching concept arts! Never gets boring. Saw the concept drawings of Gothic 1 once, a guy from Russia uploaded them, glared like an ox at them for minutes. Incredible. Same here. Very nice work!
