  1. Definitely possible. Sinister Predator works nicely if you are planning to be ranged, and with a suitable shrunken head Moribund Animus is great for distracting enemies (and taking them down). From experience, most builds use Nature Weaver with one of the other two. NW is generally the 'supporting' aspect as most of it's Combat Arts provide a passive boost (Acute Mind, GGT, Ancient Bark). Vines and Lances are also a great way of holding enemies (particularly bosses) in place while you hit them with your other attacks. Give it a shot, perhaps you can be the first to develop a build that works!
  2. You can get away with a single aspect, there is even a mode called "Expert Touch" that reduces the regeneration time of your main aspect, but increases all others. Alternatively, you can expand your repertoire with more than one aspect which allows for a variety of different CAs. if you attempt to take all three aspects, you may potentially gimp your build because you will have to take the focus/lore for each one and then you will have a limited number of slots for other important skills. This doesn't mean it's not possible though!
  3. The island you are pointing at is the multiplayer starting island. You cannot get there in single player mode.
  4. I accept partial responsibility for this The kobold was level 39!
  5. I'm fairly certain if you mouse over the skeletons it should show you their health.
  6. There isn't really a set guide for how many to eat, generally you will want to stay at 1 early on and use socketables to increase your CA levels. However, are you playing Ice & Blood? If you are, you can use RpH (Regen per hit) to reduce the regeneration time. This is a very useful modifier and will allow you to eat more runes early on. More info here: http://www.sacredwiki.org/index.php5/Sacre...eration_per_hit The focus for each of your Combat Arts will decrease the regeneration time. Check out this page for exactly how much: http://www.sacredwiki.org/index.php5/Sacred_2:Aspect_Focus
  7. Wow, impressive leveling Podgie. What were you doing to level so quick? Any areas/bosses in particular?
  8. Not at all! If you bought the DL Gamer copy, you are using the UK version and therefore you will get support from Koch Media. Their technical support helpdesk email: support(at)kochmedia.co.uk More info here: http://www.sacred2.com/en/footer/support.html
  9. Yep. More visibility = more enemies available to hit. Doesn't need it though
  10. I completely agree r00, but I can understand why they didn't go that way. It's very much an overpowered modifier
  11. Hi Tiberius The decimals indicate that your character has equaled or exceeded the maximum combat art level (and therefore you are taking penalties). This page will give you a lot more information: http://www.sacredwiki.org/index.php5/Sacre...Without_Penalty Hope that helps!
  12. Veiled SW + Frenzied Rampage + dual Kal'durs *ponders*
  13. Thanks for the update Arp A great read. Good luck in gold!
  14. Great playing with you! Sorry for stealing all the drops Not sure what happened on that last one, wouldn't let me login.
  15. Nice! Thanks for the info vaclaf She is crazy tough up close.
  16. I'd say that items are about 75% your own class. Everything else you said is correct. This is why it is useful having shoppers staggered at various levels so you can upgrade your gear as you get to that level.
  17. I can't wait until the community patch implements toe socks for mounts. What a glorious day that shall be.
  18. Wow, incredibly indepth guide. Amazing work vaclaf.
  19. I'll definitely be able to catch up then Eth! Dryad did 3 levels in an hour last night
  20. They are definitely not required. You can get away without them and still plow through your enemies. Particularly if you use the skill slots to increase your damage/resistances. The main advantage of Bargaining is that it allows you to maintain a fairly consistent level of quality in your gear throughout the game. When you feel like something is lacking, you can throw on a bit of +general/+all skills/+bargaining gear and find yourself something new. Particularly useful if you don't have access to a shopping character. I'm still unsure of the usefulness of EP. It certainly helps, but I am fairly sure that some toons are just luckier than others. I don't usually take it unless I need to or have a few free skill slots.
  21. Welcome Unholy Hungers Great to see more Australians getting into the game!
