Not really advantageous if you ask me. 6.2M is less then my empire produces in one day (and the amount to pay off is about 1 day's production ). Only reason I did that was to replenish the lost troops from today's earlier hit.

Well the numbers haven't changed lately (due to myself recruiting troops) And probably wont change anymore (since bureaucracy 18 would take 3 days to research and all forts are level 7 already) So I guess this stats are pretty much final: Wood - 69761 (highest was ~88000 but I switched to iron) Iron - 37578 Stone - 0 So that would be Wood +8.81% Iron +76.10% Stone -100% And this has allowed me to take out a loan worth 6247854 Gold today.

Awesome Timo. My sister went to Rimini once and the beach there is very nice. As for the booze, well italians drink mostly wine indeed. And I wouldn't recommend the beer since it sucks (see Perroni ). Grappa also sucks. Nyuh nyuh. Definetly the worst digestive in Italy, it's made of leftovers for crying out loud! Go for Amaretto Di Saronno instead. Also to try would be Limoncello and Meloncello (made from vodka and lemon/melon juice) as they're really good but they can get you drunk before you notice. If all else fails go for italian classics such as Martini or Campari or just stick to the wine. But overall have fun

Oh wow, this is by far the lowest way of getting out of an attack I have yet to see. It's a completely retarded move along the lines of "if I'm going to lose then at least no one is going to profit from me" aka "extreme sore loser". This definetly counts as bug-using IMO and he should be banned for doing it. Btw, how much more deut do you need to get from him to cover your loss?

I was having some extra free time and was managing kat's account and thought "oh well, since I have the time why not actually do a raid?" So I started checking rumors and noticed this guy with ~1M gold in a province and no soldiers. I decided to spy on him and noticed that he had in fact 1.5M gold worth of resources, 10,000 elite archers in his level 7 fort and ~600k negative gold. Based on his last online time and on the fact that he's from the US I concluded that he is sleeping and that his army is on a fleetsave mission. Sending just my guardians and trebuchets would have done the job but I thought what if his army comes back and I forget to check on the account? So I decided to send all my troops (except archers) and well, his army did come back and I did forget to check on the account. >_> Clicky here for battle log. Not that big of a loss on my side, only about 1M gold so it's ok since I raised the honor by quite a bit and the lost troops have been already recruited. I'm going to a friend's house tonight and probably going to get back home tomorrow. I definetly wont have the time to log in into kat's account and an 7h 30 min attack run definetly wont cover the time I wont be on. So who can take care of the account untill tomorrow in the afternoon? If noone can then kat's army will definetly get smashed due to the war with Reaccro. =/ Anyone? Help!

There are of course a couple of things to consider here. Chances are that if he is to come online it would be after a large amount of his plasmas are gone. Also Yaga can wait before sending his fleet untill most of his plasmas are gone. That way the losses on the attackers side wouldn't be that bad even if he were to go into vacmode and also he might get scared thinking he'd still go on with the attack and decide to fleetsave just to be on the safe side. We also must take into account the fact that he would be under a LOT of pressure and thus his decission-taking capacity would be blurred. And of course Yaga can recall if he actually does go into vacmode should the attack be unprofitable. The purpouse of the manouver I suggested isn't to guarantee that we at least get his fleet killed. The purpose is to give us the highest probability that he wont go into vacmode.

So after a chat with gogo I analyzed all possibilities for the defender in the case he should come online during the attack. Obviously the best way out of it is going into vacmode, which can't be prevented, or can it? One cannot enter vacmode if he has buildings/researches undergoing, but those can be canceled, OR if he has fleets moving. Well, he has a fleet, but he definetly ain't moving it, so why don't we make it move? How you may ask? Even if one goes into vacmode attacks against the player that have already been launched will still hit. So if Yaga sends his fleet in advance (to arrive after the ipm attacks) his fleet is doomed even if he goes into vacmode. However there's still one way to save his fleet: deploying to his moon and entering vacmode afterwards. Since it takes a couple of minutes to do that this is our biggest problem. The solution to this is obviously to send a fleet big enough to attack the moon as well in advance. That way his fleet will again be crushed should he go in vac mode. The arrival time of the fleet isn't an issue as long as it arrives in the minimum vacmode duration. Even I can do the attack from gal X. At first I thought that he could jumpgate as well and that we would need to target the other moons as well, but then I checked his planets and found out that he doesn't have any other moons. As for him deploying to his colonies and then going into vacmode that's not an issue since it would take more than an hour to do so and we would have enough time to send an attack there as well, so no need to do that in advance.

Well, due to a certain someone not setting my board permissions right (*eyebrows gogo* ) and myself not realising it, I haven't been able to see this section untill last night. Thus I had no idea of this attack being planned, otherwise I would have changed my strategy to be part of it as well. (probably by getting a moon in gal 2 and doing some attacks with my fleet from there). It's now kinda late to do that so all I can do is offer some resource support. I have 3.5 million deut to spare (with 1-2 million more to come by the weekend), so who would benefit most in this mission from receiving it?

bummer, just when I ran out of stuff to spend kat's resources other than troops. Now I'll have to watch out that his ever increasing army (~60k active and ~24k in training) doesn't get crushed. >_>
