I'll guess blood. However, nothing is locked in the heart. All the blood comes and goes. The heart itself has its 4 chambers...and 4 (or more?) valves. They stay, but they ARE the heart. (it's a result of the shadow) -This is my previous post that I wrote before my epiphany.
