scientifically speaking, I believe this answer is correct, but not the answer you're looking for... I'm going to say your aorta. or left ventricle. seriously, I have not a clue, but I thought the answer to the last one was a sunken hull of a boat.

I'll guess blood.

 

However, nothing is locked in the heart. All the blood comes and goes. The heart itself has its 4 chambers...and 4 (or more?) valves. They stay, but they ARE the heart.
