DreDBanGeR 32
lol maybe no surprise there Schot.. but I have EVERYTHING from the Chem bro's ( and I've seen em live too ) same for the Prodigy btw except for the live part.. had to bounce in front of stage while they were performing, so I heard it.. but only one second of not paying attention might have been dangerous .. so I didn;t ... kept my eyes on the job catching gorgeous girls who were crowd surfing... ( and no that wasn't hard ) Justice: D.A.N.C.E. original Live version Propellorheads : On her majesty's secret service ( Bond .. James Bond ) Edited March 17, 2008 by DreDBanGeR Link to comment

Totalimmortal 0
Absolutely epic! speaking of which - EPIC - by Faith No More... Followed by a little Chloe Dancer - Mother Love Bone... anyone remember them? old school grunge, lead singer OD-ed, like every other great grunge singer, minus eddie vedder/chris cornell/scott weiland... basically im referring to layne from alice in chains... well, the demise of Mother Love Bone created a new project (which was also short-lived) called Temple of the Dog, who brought us such classics as Hunger Strike, and Reach Down, and Say Hello 2 Heaven... (the band was basically Pearl Jam and Soundgarden Mixed... Matt Cameron on drums (from PJ & Soundgarden), Stone Gossard on rhythm guitar (PJ), Mike McCready on lead Guit (PJ), Jeff Ament on Bass (PJ), Eddie Vedder & Chris Cornell on vocals (PJ and soundgarden, respectively). not to mention jeff ament and stone gossard were both members of mother love bone, and chris cornell was Andrew Wood's roommate before he OD'ed... well this era of grunge basically made me the way that I am, because I grew up listening to that beautiful trashy guitar and painful sound of broken drumkits... jack irons (ex-pearl jam, ex-red hot chili peppers ... he might be back with them, idk) used to use trash can lids he found on the side of the road for cymbals for his drumkit. thats grunge at its best. well, thats my little story of my childhood and love of grunge. take a listen sometime if you feel the need. great music, lots of emotion in it. take care all! -Total Link to comment
DreDBanGeR 32
I kinda grew out of grunge and all that noise after Nirvana got hyped .. and I got into Drum n Bass more and more.. and somewhere in 99 I was sold... be sure to turn up your Subwoofer and crank it real loud DJ Krust - Warhead ( couldn't find it on Deezer ... ) and for the chill out session I got you another classic Goldie - InnerCity Life Edited March 18, 2008 by DreDBanGeR Link to comment
Schot 407
Ah very cool track Total! Wow.... You know, that track really sounds so much like Chilli Peppers. Hmmmm. Did the Chilli Pepper's get their style from Faith No More? I scooped your track for yah dude. Artist:Faith No More Album:The Real Thing Track:Epic Love that Inner City Life DreD. Boy does that bring me waaay back, lol. Stop that, haha. Drum'n'Bass is a tough genre for me. I have a very very hard time finding a good sound for my ears when it comes D'n'B. Here's one that I really wasn't ready for when I first heard it. Took me at least a year to fully appreciate but now I think it's just the most amazing thing. LOTS of layers in this. I really appreciate the complexity of the overlaps in it. Cool thing about this mix is that it was first released in 2 parts as if it were a musical story, haha. Very creative of them. I believe some other artists took this on and made a trend of it. "The music. To be continued..." Love it! Artist:Isolee Track:Beau Mot Plage (Freeform Reform Part 1 & 2) Oh and why not one more huh! By far my number 1 in deep house selection would be from the influence of Jay Denes, famous for Blue Six:Beautiful Tomorrow I believe. Artists:(Jay's Blue Vocal featuring Ledisi) Petalpusher mix session by Miguel Migs Track:Breakin It Down Album:Bare Essentials Volume 1 / Lovetronic Link to comment

th3undon3on3 0
Frank Turner - Love, Ire & Song Well a teacher of mine once told me That life was just a list of disappointments and defeats And you could only do your best, And I said "Well that's a friging cop-out, you're just washed up and your tired, and when I get to your age I won't be such a coward" But these day I sit at home, known to shout at my TV And punk rock didn't live up to what I hoped that it could be And all the things that I believed with all my heart when I was young Are just coasters for beers and clean surfaces for drugs And I packed all my pamphlets with my bibles at the back of the shelf Well it was bad enough the feeling, and the first time it hit When you realised your parents had let the world all go to FECAL MATTER! And that the values and ideals for which many had fought and died Had been killed off in the committees and left to die by the wayside But it was worse when we turned to the kids on the left And got let down again by some poor excuse for protest Yeah by idiot friging hippies in 50 different factions Who are locked inside some kind of 60's battle re-enactment And I hung-up my banner in disgust and I head for the door Oh but once we were young, and we were crass enough to care But I guess you live and learn, we won't make that mistake again, no Oh but surely just for one day, we could fight and we could win And if only for a little while, we could insist on the impossible Well we've been a good few hours drinking So I'm going to say what everyone's thinking If we're stuck on this ship and it's sinking Then we might as well have a parade Cos if it's still going to hurt in the morning And a better plan's set to get forming Then where's the harm spending an evening In manning the old barricades, so come on old friends to the streets Let's be 1905 but not 1917, let's be heroes, let's be martyrs, let's be radical thinkers Who never have to test drive the least of their dreams Let's divide up the world into the damned and saved And then ride to the valleys like the old life brigade And straighten our backs and we won't be afraid And they'll celebrate our deaths with a national parade So come on let's be young, let's be crass enough to care Let's refuse to live and learn, let's make all our mistakes again, yes And then darling, just for one day, we can fight and we can win And if only for a little while, we could insist on the impossible Leave the mourning the to the morning Yeah pain can be killed With aspirin tablets and vitamin pills But memories of hope, and glorious defeat Are a little bit harder to beat Link to comment

And I miss you; you're busy too. We call each other up when we're messed up, and say we'll meet in the new year, but it's perfectly clear that we'll do no such thing, come the spring."
