  1. Crowgrrrl, try adjusting the lowest slider a few small ticks to the left side. If you see it move from gray to a tad whiter it should be "silver" in color. Do bear in mind that the color will appear different during the nighttime and you may need to create a few trial characters until you get the shade of silver just the way that you want it, as it takes a bit of finessing.

  2. It's intentional, it was implemented with CM Patch 1.60, as well as the mutated undead you'll also find in the northern region of those pools.

  4. Great job Flix and I'm glad to see some of the balance aspects I posted last july like the tweaks to sockets. I'll definitively try this. One thing is missing and it makes me wonder (since you said you liked it)... why did you decide against giving Temple Guardian and Inquisitor additional amulet/ring slots? Our discussion from back then for reference:

  7. Sacred 2 High Elf & Seraphim Silver Hair Mod View File This mod enables the High Elf and Seraphim to have Silver Hair. Installation: Use the Generic Mod Enabler to install this mod (free at http://www.softpedia.com/get/Others/Miscellaneous/Generic-Mod-Enabler.shtml). It's a few extra steps at the outset, but it saves headaches and frustration in the long run. Download the GME, install it to your Sacred 2 root folder and run it.* Place the "High Elf & Seraphim Silver Hair Mod" into the new MODS folder generated in the Sacred 2 root folder by the GME. Activate the mod with the GME. To uninstall use the GME to deactivate it. Submitter Hooyaah Submitted 03/21/2018 Category Fallen Angel Tools

  8. Will do. I think I just have not hit the sweet spot yet lol Am confident I will though It is really hard to actually tell the true color sometimes (for me anyway) since how it looks on the character creation screen is different in game because of all the different lighting. Thank you Hooyaah and Androdion for your help, much appreciated as always

  9. Yeeeeeeees, they are delicious gogo. I have not even visited all the farms around where I have stayed... but I do seem to go back to the ones that I love... point is, some are bad, some are average, some are easy drinking, and then some are AMAZING!!!! Stellenbosch wins without even trying, in my opinion. Franschhoek tries, but I find most of their wines to be "meh" and overpriced... Worchester with the warmer climate, does more sweet wines, and white wines, Somerset West has grown so big, that the wine farms got sold into plots of land for development, and the few that stayed do produce good, but also expensive wines. and I have not even gone into Cape Town for wine tasting... the other surrounding areas are either just farms that sells commercially, and does not allow tastings, or, they try and do something special(vegan wines, as if that will make the wine special, or organic wines... same story). South African Reds like Shiraz, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cape Blend, Pinotage(a truly South African varietal https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pinotage) and according-to-people-that-drink-that Merlot, are excellent. White wines tend to be a bit sweeter than European Whites because of the warmer climates, but I still love a wooded oaked Chardonnay, Riesling and Gewurztraminer, our Sauvignong Blanc and Chenin Blancs generally has more fruit flavours(pineapple, green apple, pear, citrus, melon, gooseberry, papaya, etc than what the European Palate is used to. 10. Uhm, then I can't be of further help. I've never used "aesthetic" mods so I have no experience on that.

  11. You need to install GME in the game's root folder, not in the "system" folder where the sacred2.exe file is located. So the MODS folder should be there between the "locale" and "pak" folders. The rest seems to be in order after a cursory look on this thread.

  15. That French edition looks absolutely glorious, but at the same time it's somehow off-putting from the game. Mine Sacred came like 10 years ago from Germany via a friend who held a PC LAN gaming center. Since it was on german, I stumbled upon it for some time. Then I found out the "plus" version, and then I found out for the Underworld version. My friend kept some other german version where it was written "BIG" in I think red or yellow letters, I can't seem to remember correctly. Didn't really feel the need to upgrade up until I got Steam. The original discs are long unusable but I kept them in ISO format. In truth Steam version one is my backup version. So, I don't really have a case to show or a cover. That french one does look amazing, first time I've seen it and I've seen a bit of Sacred covers in my time I wonder if there're more gems like that

  19. "Dear Journal, this day I did find, forsooth, deep within the recesses of a dungeon, something most peculiar. In a candle-lit chamber happened upon unexpectedly, was an elegant and well furnished room with a table carefully prepared for the dining of two persons. It seemed so romantic a scene that I wondered as to where the couple had fled; I searched near and far and yet found no one, though it was apparent that they had left but mere moments before my entry."

  21. Ohio. From now til next Wednesday, we're going to bounce around from 19 to 60. This is either the raddest or freakiest thing I've ever see, not sure which one yet. Have you ever prematurely got an ice cube from the freezer and it has a little water pocket in it? That's what snow is doing here. I hit a patch of that just today in my back pasture, luckily I was wearing a pair of Rockies, gotta love those boots! Who knew snow could have little encapsulated pockets of water under the surface? Not this ole boy, and I've lived here most of my life.

  22. Indeed, it looks stunningly alluring, if I might embellish your words but a tittle. The mod allows silver as an available choice and as a base on which any other color previously available may be obtained via the use of the sliders employed during one's character creation or afterward with the Character Editor.

  23. Yeah this winter hasn't been one of the nicest. From a 3 week long cold snap to 4 Nor'easters in March (4th hitting today), it's been a bit of a wild ride. Where do you live Gilberticus? Only time I've seen temperature swings like that was in Colorado. I was there for a few weeks and we went from 70°F one afternoon, to heavy snow only 3-4 hours later

  24. Good God, it sounds like nature has some of your areas bent over a barrel, that sucks!! We don't get terribly adverse weather. What we get, especially during this time of year, especially during the last five years or so, is wild weather fluctuations. What we get is all season packed within a week, pretty much every week. So, it literally fluctuates between like 14 degrees one day and 70 the next. Personally, I think it's kind of rad; I've never seen snow and thunderstorms happen at the same time before.
